Using Fieldy made a big difference for Trust Water. Managing every aspect of a field service business is not easy, especially without the right platform. We had to switch between various apps like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, payment apps, and more just to handle a few operational tasks. It was a real struggle for our small-scale business. Fortunately, we came across an ad for Fieldy and decided to take a demo. Our management team was highly impressed, and we decided to move forward with it. That was one of the best decisions we made, to be honest. The software literally replaced multiple tools for us. It integrates with WhatsApp Business for communication, schedules services, assigns and dispatches technicians to field locations, and keeps our customers informed with timely updates. It even helps us manage payments. As a result, we are saving a significant amount of time and money. So far, our experience with Fieldy has been highly satisfying.

Pros

Nice product. Really great to use. That’s what we all love most about Fieldy. Its UI is very user-friendly for both our technicians and office employees to use on a daily basis. Also, its technician dispatching module has been extremely helpful for our RO business. We provide services across a wide range of locations, and managing those operations has become much easier with Fieldy. For a long time, we relied on notes, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp. However, we faced challenges such as service delays, data privacy concerns, and operational malpractices. Fieldy has resolved all of these issues for us. It’s truly an all-in-one FSM platform that effectively replaces notes, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for managing jobs, technicians, and customers.

Cons

Sometimes, we do encounter one or two bugs in the software. Although these issues are only occasional, they can cause a bit of inconvenience. That being said, their support team takes care of any minor issues or bugs almost immediately, providing us with round-the-clock assistance and quick resolutions.

If you run a pest control business, you know how much time goes into things like quotations, invoicing, and scheduling treatments. That was one of the biggest headaches for us at Aarohi Pest Control before we started using Fieldy. Every day, we were creating quotes, sending them to customers, waiting for approvals, and then preparing invoices separately. It wasn't difficult, but it was repetitive and took up a lot of our team's time. What we liked about Fieldy was that it brought all of this into one place. We can now create a quote, convert it into an invoice when the customer approves it, and even send payment links or QR codes along with it. Small things like being able to create multiple quotes at once or email them directly to customers have made a bigger difference than we expected. Scheduling was another area where we struggled. When you're handling multiple treatments every day, it's easy for overlaps and double bookings to happen. We had our share of those issues. With Fieldy, our team can see who's available, assign jobs accordingly, and keep track of service progress while the work is happening. It has made planning treatments much easier and has helped us stay more organized as a business.

Pros

Before using it, our team spent a considerable amount of time preparing quotations, creating invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating service schedules. Managing all these activities through different processes often led to delays and unnecessary back-and-forth. With Fieldy, everything became far more streamlined. From generating professional quotations and invoices to collecting payments through attached payment links and QR codes, the entire process became faster and more organized. Our team can now handle a much higher volume of work without increasing administrative effort. Another major advantage has been service planning and workforce coordination. Scheduling treatments, assigning exterminators, and monitoring service progress are all handled from a single platform.

Cons

If we were to suggest one drawback, it would be around live technician tracking. The feature is useful for monitoring field activities and improving visibility, but the accuracy does seem a little tacky.

Overall, our experience with Fieldy has been really positive. A lot of our daily operations felt scattered and time-consuming, especially when it came to handling service schedules, AMCs, and invoicing. There was too much manual follow-up, and often services used to get forgotten. But once we implemented Fieldy, everything became much easier to manage. We’re now able to plan and track maintenance work without constantly checking in with technicians. The visibility we get into job status and technician activity has made a big difference in how smoothly our operations run. AMC tracking is another area where we’ve seen clear improvement. We no longer miss renewals or follow-ups, and the alerts help us stay on time with everything. Invoicing has also become simpler and more reliable compared to how we used to handle it earlier. All in all, Fieldy has helped us become more organized, save time, and reduce a lot of manual effort. It’s been a solid support system for running our service operations more efficiently.

Pros

Honestly, before Fieldy, things in our home appliance service business were a bit messy. Managing AMCs, planning service schedules, and creating proforma invoices used to take a lot of effort, and it wasn’t always smooth. After we started using Fieldy, these things became much more manageable. Our team now finds it easier managing these, which we really appreciate. Scheduling maintenance jobs is now quick with the Jobs feature. The AMC part is also very helpful because we can clearly see all contracts in one place. Plus, sending expiry reminders to clients has become simple. What we like the most is the invoicing. There are different templates to choose from, we can adjust them based on our needs, and adding payment links is very easy. Overall, it just makes our daily work more organized and less stressful.

Cons

Fieldy has been quite reliable for our day-to-day work. That said, there are a few small things that, if improved, could make the experience even better. One thing we feel is missing is having some pre-set fields across its modules. Right now, we have to set up the fields in different modules multiple times, which is kinda repetitive. Another area is scheduling. It would be great if the system could handle more of it on its own, like a true AI. It’ll help in case of future service visits based on a customer’s past records, instead of us doing it manually each time.

Unable to edit transcripted conversations or remove portions. Not useful if the device missed words or generated incorrect language.

Pros

Small device with long lasting battery. SImple to wear and hide when wearing. unobtrusive. Nice packaging and appearance.

Cons

Ease of use. Manipulating trascriptions was clumsy, awkward and not user fiendly. Program is simple and not technically advanced.

This is truly created with a small business in mind, there is a learning curve, but it's worth taking the time to learn for the payoff in the end.
