I love how Payarc really works with their merchants. They want each one to succeed and they will do what they can to make processing with them not only seamless but also as enjoyable as possible.
As a partner, I worked on setting up one account with Payarc directly with your support and I was amazed. She was nice, very responsive and very knowledgeable.
I am a new merchant but so far I am thrilled with PayArc. The customer service has been amazing and the ease of setting my account up has been flawless as well.

My vpn sometimes blocks it and then i cannot get in for a while.
That my delivery was delayed. I requested it multiple times but was delayed.
The email threads can become somewhat confusing because the responses from the merchant cannot be seen within the threads.
They're busy and sometimes you have to leave a voice-mail. However they do return the calls to get back to you.

"Payarc review "
Pros: Ease of use and their customer support is unmatched
Cons: Nothing. I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t resolve.

Overall: Payarc has worked with us to get us next-day business funding, lowered our fees, communicates when chargebacks spike, and they have worked with us on our reserve. I cannot say enough great things about this processor.
Pros: I love how Payarc really works with their merchants. They want each one to succeed and they will do what they can to make processing with them not only seamless but also as enjoyable as possible. They make wanting to switch to a different processor undesirable.
Cons: I would love if they updated their chargeback/dispute dashboard. It can get pretty messy in there and it makes it challenging to keep it all straight. For example, if a 2nd/pre-arb comes in, it's impossible to tell if we have the option to rebut or if the case closed. They are both displayed as an open 2nd. Also, I feel like the status on the disputes aren't very accurate either.

Overall: Lied to bullshited told that when i first started with this company one this and almost every day having to call them and do there job for them witch i have my own business to run and now i have to run yours to hahahaha they are a joke

Pros: I've been using Payarc for a while and love it. I love that I get the full payment and the fees are deducted at the end of the month, makes accounting so much easier.
Cons: None that I can think of I really love this product and its integration with our CRM.

Cons: The payarc software needs to be improved to have more features such as on screen signature. Payarc needs to create plugin that allows wordpress developers to create their own POS system that can be integrated with Payarc terminal easier.

Overall: Loved it. We were exchanging a device for one of our merchants, and even though the process took a bit longer, the process was made bearable because of the great support you guys have. However, I am pretty sure that any other issue would be dealt in a similar manner so for that - ALL props to you!
Pros: As a partner, I worked on setting up one account with Payarc directly with your support and I was amazed. She was nice, very responsive and very knowledgeable. I was very pleasantly surprised as I worked with different support teams where they did not have one of these adjectives I used for [sensitive content hidden]. It was truly the easiest work I had so far.
Cons: Did not have much time to see negative sides of Payarc. So for now, nothing. Hopefully, it stays this way/
