Pros

  • Their ability to accommodate our needs. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help out.

  • I love how Payarc really works with their merchants. They want each one to succeed and they will do what they can to make processing with them not only seamless but also as enjoyable as possible.

  • As a partner, I worked on setting up one account with Payarc directly with your support and I was amazed. She was nice, very responsive and very knowledgeable.

  • I am a new merchant but so far I am thrilled with PayArc. The customer service has been amazing and the ease of setting my account up has been flawless as well.

Cons

  • My vpn sometimes blocks it and then i cannot get in for a while.

  • That my delivery was delayed. I requested it multiple times but was delayed.

  • The email threads can become somewhat confusing because the responses from the merchant cannot be seen within the threads.

  • They're busy and sometimes you have to leave a voice-mail. However they do return the calls to get back to you.

"Payarc review "

Pros: Ease of use and their customer support is unmatched

Cons: Nothing. I’ve never had an issue they couldn’t resolve.

"10 out of 10 Reccomend"

Overall: Payarc has worked with us to get us next-day business funding, lowered our fees, communicates when chargebacks spike, and they have worked with us on our reserve. I cannot say enough great things about this processor.

Pros: I love how Payarc really works with their merchants. They want each one to succeed and they will do what they can to make processing with them not only seamless but also as enjoyable as possible. They make wanting to switch to a different processor undesirable.

Cons: I would love if they updated their chargeback/dispute dashboard. It can get pretty messy in there and it makes it challenging to keep it all straight. For example, if a 2nd/pre-arb comes in, it's impossible to tell if we have the option to rebut or if the case closed. They are both displayed as an open 2nd. Also, I feel like the status on the disputes aren't very accurate either.

"They love to Lie to youn"

Overall: Lied to bullshited told that when i first started with this company one this and almost every day having to call them and do there job for them witch i have my own business to run and now i have to run yours to hahahaha they are a joke

Pros: Not a damn thing this company is hot garbage and thats where they belong

Cons: Payments necer on time holds on money pushing Payments pay out and deposits days into a week or two

"Great payment processor"

Overall: Great customer support and super fast response time.

Pros: I've been using Payarc for a while and love it. I love that I get the full payment and the fees are deducted at the end of the month, makes accounting so much easier.

Cons: None that I can think of I really love this product and its integration with our CRM.

Switched From: Stripe
Reasons for Switching to Payarc: Accounting was a huge pain with fees deducted from every donation.

"only used it once so far"

Overall: I'm learning as I go, so it's good so far.

Pros: The fees allow me to keep my prices competitive

Cons: I work weekends and list $100 in sales because PAYARC doesn't provide knowledgeable support on weekends

Reasons for Switching to Payarc: Higher fees. I like the idea of charging a reasonable price to customers and not having to factor in credit card fees on top of sales tax.

"User Friendly Interface"

Overall: Very positive. Thanks for using American agents!

Pros: I love using the v3 version as it is extremely user friendly and the reports are comprehensive with all the information I would need for accounting.

Cons: I loathe the v4 version as it is NOT user friendly nor is the interface user friendly. The reports are not easy to work with.

"Great support"

Pros: The support team is amazing. [sensitive content hidden] responses to all of my requests in a timely manner.

Cons: The payarc software needs to be improved to have more features such as on screen signature. Payarc needs to create plugin that allows wordpress developers to create their own POS system that can be integrated with Payarc terminal easier.

"Worse payment payer"

Overall: Do not conduct business with them, they are the worse payment payer company, their is no support available when need, they will charge you for service that was not rendered.

Pros: nothing at all, stay away from them at all cost

Cons: Everything, especially customer service and finance department

"Dont Sign with PayArc there are much better providers out there."

Overall: The seemingly great offer of minimal fees and free processing unit hides a serious financial penalty that is significant.

Pros: Their service is adequate and provides the benefits offered

Cons: When carrying out the review of their service with the salesperson they omitted to mention that if for any reason you wish to stop the service before an initial three year period a termination fee of $500 is applicable.

"Danilo Stojanovic Review"

Overall: Loved it. We were exchanging a device for one of our merchants, and even though the process took a bit longer, the process was made bearable because of the great support you guys have. However, I am pretty sure that any other issue would be dealt in a similar manner so for that - ALL props to you!

Pros: As a partner, I worked on setting up one account with Payarc directly with your support and I was amazed. She was nice, very responsive and very knowledgeable. I was very pleasantly surprised as I worked with different support teams where they did not have one of these adjectives I used for [sensitive content hidden]. It was truly the easiest work I had so far.

Cons: Did not have much time to see negative sides of Payarc. So for now, nothing. Hopefully, it stays this way/

"Great Service support"

Pros: What we like the most is their support team. Everyone is always willing to help and guide you through every step. We also like how simple and easy their system is to maneuver and their payment processer is top-notch

Cons: We have not had any issues with Payarc to have experienced a con.

"Great Experience So Far"

Overall: Overall I enjoy Payarc and would highly recommend

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Most days support is very quick with responses and helpful in problem solving. However, there are some days when it is hard to get in touch with a support person via email and over the phone so we are left a few days with no response/follow up

"Best payment processing "

Pros: Their customer service is very good and fast. They explain really well and guide you relly well through the process. Solves the problems very fast

Cons: Consistent software issues. It is sometimes difficult to get ahold of their support team, and occasionally issues take longer to resolve than wanted.

Reasons for Choosing Payarc: We chose PayArc because it felt like we were talking with a small local support team; they go out of their way to get things done. You can tell they care about the relationships they develop with their clients/partners.

"PayArc has been wonderful"

Overall: Overall very satisfied.

Pros: I have used many payment systems. Payarc has been so easy and I love the customer service.

Cons: I think there can be a bit better reporting.
