We've used many methods in the past for brand tracking - both traditional (periodic survey work with 3rd parties) and ongoing via software providers. But none of them have compared to the combination of value and performance we're getting with Tracksuit.

Pros

Tracksuit has been a strong addition to how our team measures our performance across time. Easy to use UI, timely updates, straightforward measurement, and they are constantly updating/adding new features.

Cons

Not much to say that we don't like. Since it's more of a self-serve product, it's important to get internal end users in the habit of logging in and monitoring.

Fantastic, can't rate it highly enough. The quarterly catch ups come around so fast and \[sensitive content hidden\] is so responsive on email if I ever have any questions. Would definitely recommend this to other businesses looking for some consumer research support - especially if you aren't sure where to start.

Pros

\-Very easy to use -Lots of log ins for various stakeholders - \[sensitive content hidden\] is fantastic and so engaged with providing additional feedback and benefits for our brand/category. -It's given our brand the 'permission' to make some informed decisions that we wouldn't have had the courage to do or thought about without this consumer data-point.

Cons

At this stage I've only got positive things to say about Tracksuit. There isn't any qual data gathering, although I was offered a contact that they work with if we were to continue to investigate qualitative research (which we didn't)

Overall, Tracksuit is a good alternative way to track brand health metrics. For about the same cost, we were previously conducting a robust yearly survey which only allowed for us to look at our stats at one moment in time. We're finally moving to a place where we can monitor changes in seasonality. Not to mention the visual component is very helpful for sharing with leadership.

Pros

Tracksuits operates as a stripped-down version of larger brand trackers that I've used in previous enterprise positions. It is a cost-efficient way to keep a pulse on brand health metrics in market for both ourselves & our competitors.

Cons

Currently, the geolocation is a little odd but it is something that they seem to be working on. They've just added rural vs. city as a dimension. Additionally, I find the brand sentiment statements to be pretty restrictive in wording but understand that is a trade-off for being able to keep the survey short and therefore cheaper.

We had an amazing experience with the team at tracksuit and will absolutely continue to use their services in future. The dashboard is so easy to use, the reports are so clear and the team are willing to support in any way they can.

Pros

Tracksuit provided great brand insights that were easy to obtain from the website and share with the wider business. This was our first time tracking and it validated a lot of business decision making and helped us to position our brand within our category.

Cons

I think unless you're entering a new market or investing heavily in trackable activations it can be slow moving to see changes in your rankings. Tracksuit is absolutely for the long term to see noticeable changes.

We've love using Tracksuit. It's incredibly easy to navigate, making brand tracking feel seamless rather than overwhelming. The platform delivers actionable insights that help us make informed marketing decisions, not just vanity metrics. Plus, the team is fantastic to work with!

Cons

Currently, you can't overlap demos which is a bit of a limitation but I believe it's something the team are working on.

Tracksuit has ensured my team are all speaking the same language, and given us measurable goals for my brand & marketing teams. The Tracksuit team have been so helpful with our questions, and onboarding was so easy. I can't believe I ran brand teams without it.

Pros

Tracksuit has brought Brand to the centre of discussion on long-term business performance. With monthly reporting, my brand metrics are front & centre in board meetings & SLT planning days. The impact of brand investment, and investment in the right statements has become a key talking point across the business with my \[sensitive content hidden\] even suggesting we should invest more in brand to secure our long-term market position. Talk about a win for the brand team & the business.

Cons

Although brand metrics are a second language to most marketers, many non-marketers are seeing these dashboards and worry when they see fluctuations. Because we've been so successful in making brand metrics as important as revenue metrics, they're now looked at under a similar microscope - but each month's sample isn't enough to make real assumptions from. I would love for a larger sample to ensure we can pull regional data from a large enough base.

The team is extremely accomodating and our account manager, Lauren has been fantastic to work with. Beyond the platform itself, the team have provided insights and case studies that have gone on to build part of our strategy.

Pros

Tracksuit is easy to use, well designed and customisable to brand requirements. The tool is critical to our Marketing strategy, as we are able to understand impacts of our campaigns as well as understand competitor and industry performance. Tracksuit has allowed us to take a strategic, data-driven approach to our campaigns. Being able to understand what channels have influenced our brand awareness and overall funnel has afforded us significant growth within the market across Australia and New Zealand.

Cons

I have regular catch ups with my Tracksuit Brand Champion who always follows up with what I need. Most recently she helped with a presentation template so that I can turn the insights from Tracksuit into a concise doc to share with my team and our Board. I appreciate that she’s always thinking ahead to see how she can make my job easier and to make sure that I am properly tracking brand KPIs.

Pros

It's great to be able to map specific marketing milestones within Tracksuit and then draw the correlation between brand health to the various marketing activities in market at the time. You get to see the longtail impact of specific marketing activities, as well as to see how the different levels of the funnel such as awareness, and consideration shift over time. The competitor analysis is also handy as is the quarterly comparison of brand stats. It makes it easy to generate reports for different staekeholders on an adhoc basis. The visual outputs also makes it easier to tell the story of how the brand is performing over time.

Cons

What's not to like. If I had to specify a con it would be that there are alot of features and it can be overwhelming to know where to start. But it’s not a true con as Tracksuit provide a Brand Champion (an actual human) to help step you through how to make best use of the features specific to your needs - so I found I got up to speed relatively quickly on how to use it.

It's been great, the customer service is 100% they are super helpful when we have questions or things we want to look into more. They take feedback on the product really well and are always making improvements based on feedback.

Pros

That it's a cost-effective way of monitoring brand health all the time. Gone are the days of doing one or two dips a year, now we can see in real time what effect our marketing activity has on the funnel etc.

Cons

It would be great if they could segment the data based on our own segmentation work.

Cons

Not a con, but an opportunity! It would be great to have the chance to attend events hosted by Tracksuit to learn from other successful brands and their campaigns.

Not much, but if I have to list something, it would be the amount to add new competitive brands into our data set.

Tracksuit is an affordable option allowing always-on tracking for our brands. This has enabled us to monitor our brand’s performance and compare it with competitors’ more frequently. It captures metrics that matter including brand health funnel, unprompted brand perception, and imagery statements with options for add-ons allowing it to be customised based on our specific needs. The dashboard itself is user-friendly with AI integrated into some areas, allowing insights to be more easily extracted. The team is easy to work with, client-centric (special shout out to Tash!), and is always keen on hearing about what can be improved so that we get the most out of the platform. They are great partners to have.

Cons

It would be great to have the option to boost the sample size, especially for samples with a lower incidence rate.

The team at Tracksuit are incredibly responsive and always available to provide insights, platform advice, and even early access to new features. They're also genuinely great people to work with and we consider them to be true advocates of our brand.

Pros

After just a few months of being on the platform, we were able to gain great insights into our position in the market, our audience, and our key competitors. Now, 12 months on, we've seen great results in our overall brand metrics and are using these insights to inform our broader marketing strategy, and make crucial decisions about how we show up in market.

Cons

I've found the Statements data a little clunky to view and difficult to compare changes over time. However I know this is something that Tracksuit are actively looking to resolve, so I'm confident this won't be an issue for much longer.

Pros

Tracksuit's real time data and quality of tracking has made it much easier for us to model and submit financial predictions on brand performance to our board. Previously, this was very inconsistent, while now the level of realism that Tracksuit gives us means we can draw a clear line between brand activity and financial performance.

Cons

Tracksuit's strength is also its biggest limitation. It's hyper-focused on brand tracking, which means it can't do everything for brand, such as measure distinctive brand assets. But what it does do, it excels in.

Tracksuit has become invaluable for our team to track our brand performance over time. They've made brand monitoring available to everyone and the insights we get from the platform have helped inform and guide our business decisions. I love that you get real-time data and the dashboards are beautifully design and easy to navigate and comprehend. Plus the copy/paste feature on all reports makes it super easy to share stats with the relevant stakeholders.

Cons

There's nothing that I would add as a con. They're always improving their platform and they've recently made it easier to compare time periods which was one of the limitations in the past.

Tracksuit team has been superb to work with, quick to come back on requests and very approachable / professional. Very happy with our decision to go with Tracksuit for our brand health tracking needs.

Pros

Access to real-time data - in simple terms that can be understood by anyone in the business. Key criteria success measures, understanding audience, competitors and providing the right tools for us to navigate a successful outcome in market. Being able to pull any of the graphs or images as key insights is a win & complete time save. Monitoring the funnel metrics timeline is part of my daily coffee fix!

Cons

Not able to break down some of the qualifying data - yet. Some bespoke questions & data is shared qtrly until the dashboard can accommodate the changes. Comparison data with specific time periods only allows one competitor at a time, be useful to have the full range of competitor data as a summary view.

Reason for choosing Tracksuit

Lower cost & the efficiency to access dashboard data in real time. Multiple users can access data, it's simple to navigate vs long presentation decks with information that can be overwhelming & difficult to interpret.

Tracksuit by far is one of the most progressive companies breaking through into technological 'brand' advancements and disrupting the sector, Tracksuit have tranformed brand and developed a technology unlike any other in the sector. Tracksuit turns difficult data into transferable analytics and insights which can be shared with anyone.

Cons

That there's no merch avaliable yet to be a brand advocate. Other than this, absolutely nothing! We love Tracksuit.

Allowed a smaller brand with tighter to continue brand tracking where other traditional methodologies with consultancies were out of reach.

Cons

Some reporting require period on period comparisons to track evolution of the data. That feedback has been fed to the team and they are working on it.
