Fijn programma om in te werken. Zowel voorraad beheer als orders verwerken.

Pros

We werken fijn in channeldock en worden altijd vlot door \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\] geholpen.

Cons

Ik zie weinig nadelen. Soms missen we wel iets in het programma, maar dit geven wij aan bij \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\] en daar wordt vaak snel na gekeken of dit misschien mogelijk gemaakt kan worden.

Picqer werd steeds duurder. Channeldock was even wennen want ze hadden/hebben lang niet alles wat Picqer ook had/heeft. Maar het wordt steeds uitgebreider, als dit voor deze prijs blijft zijn wij tevreden

Korte lijntjes/persoonlijk kant waarbij daadwerkelijk geluisterd wordt naar de gebruikers.

Cons

Hier en daar wat minor kinderziektes die wel iedere keer snel opgelost worden.

Ze vernieuwen vaak met handige nieuwe functies, al werken die niet altijd optimaal in het begin maar ik ben tevreden

Bij de integratie was er een foutje die alle orders uit het verleden inlaadde waardoor we 1 dag lang geen verkopen hebben kunnen realiseren. Dit was een dure fout
