I'm very happy with Channeldock. It gives me much more peace of mind knowing that Channeldock is keeping track of all my inventory for me, so I can focus on other things.

Pros

Three years ago, I used Channeldock and was already very satisfied with it, but due to business changes, we no longer needed it. Two weeks ago, we started using Channeldock again, and it works really well. It's all fast, and the inventory management is clear. The support is also excellent.

Cons

The only issue is that you can't filter by new products to see which ones are being imported from your channels. But they're already working on this behind the scenes, so this will be resolved soon.

We zijn zeer tevreden over het programma en vinden het een waardevolle tool binnen ons bedrijf. Wij zijn startende ondernemers en door de onverwacht snelle groei van onze onderneming is het soms lastig om overzicht te houden, waardoor producten regelmatig uitverkocht raakten. Met Channeldock bied een duidelijk overzicht in onze voorraad, bestellingen die onderweg zijn en wanneer er opnieuw besteld moet worden.

Pros

Een uitgebreid programma met veel verschillende opties. Duidelijke en toegankelijke begeleiding bij het instellen waar nodig.

Cons

Op dit moment hebben we nog weinig nadelen van Channeldock ondervonden. persoonlijk vonden wij het programma in het begin overweldigend over komen, maar hulp is toegankelijk waardoor onduidelijkheden snel worden toegelicht.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with ChannelDock. It has significantly improved my workflow and reduced manual errors. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever I encounter an issue or need assistance. It’s a reliable tool for scaling an e-commerce business.

Pros

ChannelDock offers an incredibly intuitive interface and simplifies multichannel inventory management. The real-time syncing feature saves a lot of time and helps prevent overselling. Integration with major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, and Shopify is seamless.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve initially, especially for users unfamiliar with inventory software.

Een verademing voor de logistiek als groeiende kleine ondernemer.

Pros

Goede voorraad synchronisatie zonder hickups van plugins etc. Zeer makkelijk verschillende channels toevoegen en in een halve middag het hele programmas beheerst. Mede dankzij goed en snelle ondersteuning van helpdesk.

Cons

Excel Export nodig met handelingen om actuele voorraadwaardering te doen. zou met een klik geweldig zijn einde jaar en ik denk makkelijk te maken. Voor totaal en per productgroep. En helaas als je 7 landen activeert bij Amazon, betaal je per land en niet per channelaanbieder. Dat zou ik eerlijker vinden.

\- Clear, unlike some other integrators. - Quick connection via the APIs and insight into the connection logs - Dashboard and pages loaded quickly - Many links with marketplaces

\- During the sales conversation I clearly stated what my wishes were and you indicated that this is possible. Afterwards this turns out not to be possible to send orders in the backend of Shopify but only to the Channeldock dashboard. Please inform your sales team better and adjust the comparison pages with E-tailize, because this sofware doesn’t do the same.

Fijne en vlotte klantenservice die goed met ons heeft samengewerkt om eea werkend te krijgen.

De makkelijke implementatie. We hebben nog veel te leren maar ten opzichte van Channable is het allemaal veel gebruiksvriendelijker.

Tot nu toe niet kunnen ontdekken of het moet zijn dat we naast Channeldock toch nog dingen handmatig moeten doen zoals de bv B2B marktplaatsen. Toekomstdromen.

We hebben best veel alternatieven gezien en overwogen. Uiteindelijk gekozen voor Channeldock ook door de combi met FiveX. Samen dekken die 2 een groot deel van onze wensen af. Zeker nu de PIM actief is.

Centraal beheren van voorraad voor meerdere verkoopkanalen

Cons

De mobiele app werkt niet goed, is gewoon een webapplicatie/browser in een apk. De verversing van het ophalen van orders/toevoegen van assortiment in channeldock. Voorraad wordt niet live bijgehouden maar zit een vertraging in.

Reasons for choosing ChannelDock

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding, was in verhouding de beste prijs tegen een OK kwaliteit.

Super support! Ze denken goed met je mee. Al met al hele fijne software om mee te werken.

Pros

Wanneer je een computer met een labelprinter hebt staan kan ik Channeldock icm printnode aanbevelen. Vanuit de app verwerk ik een order en de label wordt automatisch geprint. Mega handig in het verwerken van de orders.

Cons

Er is geen push notificatie mogelijk in de app dat er een nieuwe bestelling is. Kleine ondernemers zijn erbij gebaat. Grote ondernemers zitten er niet op te wachten....

Ik stond om een paar praktische redenen op het punt om over te stappen, maar gezien ze super support hebben en snel zaken implementeren toch gebleven en met de week meer tevreden over channeldock

Pros

Naast de basis dingen is een nieuwe ontwikkeling, serienummers toevoegen aan bestellingen een mooie toevoeging. Maar ook kleine zaken die zelf gesuggereerd worden worden indien goed snel geïmplementeerd. Iets wat bij picqer bijvoorbeeld niet het geval is.

Cons

Dan als hoofd en sku als tweede ja wel het grootste nadeel want in onze sector hebben veel producten meerdere eens . Het werkt allemaal wel, maar zitten nog wel verbeterpunten aan. Wel vertrouwen in dat dit steeds beter wordt gezien de ervaring tot nu toe.

Op het gebied van voorraadbeheer en orderbeheer is ideaal ingericht voor ons. Heel duidelijk.

Cons

Winstmarges berekenen zou fijn zijn als dat erbij komt.

Pros

Handig overzicht op bijv. voorraad. Goede klantenservice en een fijn dashboard.

Cons

Het blijft software, zo nu en dan gaat er iets niet helemaal volgens plan of zijn er bugs. Gelukkig is de klantenservice bekwaam genoeg om hierbij te assisteren.
