Genau hier löst VAULO für uns ein zentrales Problem: Struktur, schnelle Auffindbarkeit und Rechtssicherheit in der Bildverwaltung. Ohne ein klares System entstehen schnell lange Suchzeiten, doppelte Ablagen oder Unsicherheiten bei Nutzungsrechten. VAULO schafft hier Ordnung. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die leistungsfähige Suchfunktion, mit der auch umfangreiche Bildbestände schnell durchsuchbar sind. Die Galeriefunktion erleichtert es enorm, Bildmaterial gezielt für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen bereitzustellen, ohne ständig Dateien manuell versenden zu müssen. Einfacher gehts nicht und es gab nie Rückfragen von Kunden, wie man die Software handhabt. Pros Die Software ist einfach zu bedienen und bietet alles, was man braucht um seine Bilder als Fotograf für seine Kunden bereitstellen zu können. Dass die Daten hier DSGVO-konform abgelegt werden, ist für uns als Jugendverband sehr wichtig. Besonders schätze ich die Funktion, Ordner oder einzelne Dateien als Downloadlink oder Präsentation extern zur Verfügung zu stellen. Hierüber können Fotos von Veranstaltungen sehr komfortabel beispielsweise an die Presse gegeben werden. Cons Ein Hinweis auf der Startseite nach dem Login über neuen Funktionen würde helfen, sich auch aktiv mit Erweiterungen des Systems auseinanderzusetzen. Das funktioniert mit snaatch sehr gut. Der Vorteil von snaatch gegenüber größeren Systemen ist der direkte Kontakt zu den beiden engagierten Gründern und dass viele Custom Lösungen angeboten werden können. Pros snaatch ist intuitiv in der Usability und bietet alle Funktionen, die ein DAM-System braucht. Die Foto-Präsentationen unserer Räumlichkeiten, die wir mit wenigen KLicks erstellen und an Kunden verschicken können, sind super! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fair! Der direkte Kontakt zur IT hilft sowohl im Setup-Prozess als auch in der täglichen Arbeit mit dem System. Optimierungsvorschläge und Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt und können mal als bezahlter Custom Auftrag und mal als grundsätzliche Verbesserung des Systems umgesetzt werden.
