Ich kann meine Bilder bereits während eines Shootings auf den Laptop laden, so erhält der Kunde meine Bilder sofort. Das ist grade im Pressebereich für mich sehr von Vorteil. Anderen Kunden wie zum Beispiel meinen Brautpaaren, kann ich über einen download link sehr viele und große Dateien ebenfalls sehr schnell zukommen lassen.

Pros

Ich benutze Vaulo (ehemals snaatch) schon seit einiger Zeit und bin begeistert. Das einfacheund schnelle Strukturieren meiner Bilder erleichtert mir den Arbeitsalltag sehr.

Cons

Wenn ich ehrloch bin fällt mir derzeit nichts ein, was mir nicht gefällt. Es funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

Wir arbeiten im Messe- und Veranstaltungsumfeld täglich mit großen Mengen an Bildmaterial und vielen unterschiedlichen Beteiligten – Ausstellern, Veranstaltern, Presse und externen Dienstleistern. Genau hier löst VAULO für uns ein zentrales Problem: Struktur, schnelle Auffindbarkeit und Rechtssicherheit in der Bildverwaltung. Ohne ein klares System entstehen schnell lange Suchzeiten, doppelte Ablagen oder Unsicherheiten bei Nutzungsrechten. VAULO schafft hier Ordnung. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die leistungsfähige Suchfunktion, mit der auch umfangreiche Bildbestände schnell durchsuchbar sind. Die Galeriefunktion erleichtert es enorm, Bildmaterial gezielt für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen bereitzustellen, ohne ständig Dateien manuell versenden zu müssen. Sehr wertvoll ist für mich auch die Möglichkeit der sauberen Verschlagwortung – unterstützt durch KI und Serienfunktionen. Das spart Zeit und macht die Strukturierung deutlich effizienter. Gleichzeitig geben die hinterlegten Urheberrechtshinweise und Informationen zu Persönlichkeitsrechten Sicherheit im täglichen Arbeiten, was im Eventkontext essenziell ist. Für uns ist VAULO damit nicht nur ein Ablagetool, sondern eine professionelle Arbeitsgrundlage für eine klare, strukturierte und rechtssichere Bildkommunikation.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir die klare Struktur und die Übersichtlichkeit der Plattform. Gerade im Messe- und Projektumfeld, wo viele Beteiligte mit Bildmaterial arbeiten, ist es enorm hilfreich, wenn Inhalte schnell auffindbar und sauber organisiert sind. Vaulo unterstützt uns dabei, Bildwelten strukturiert zu verwalten und gezielt freizugeben – das spart Zeit und schafft Sicherheit im Umgang mit Assets. Die Bedienbarkeit ist intuitiv, was die interne Zusammenarbeit deutlich erleichtert.

Cons

Im Bereich externer Uploads gibt es noch Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere bei der strukturierten Ablage innerhalb bestehender Ordner.

Früher lag unser Medienarchiv lokal auf verschiedenen Rechnern und dem NAS – unübersichtlich und schwer durchsuchbar. Dank snaatch ist nun alles zentral organisiert und mit KI-generierten IPTC-Daten versehen. So findet jeder im Team sofort die passenden Dateien, ohne sich durch endlose Ordnerstrukturen klicken zu müssen. Die Effizienzsteigerung ist enorm!

Pros

Was gefällt dir am besten? Wir arbeiten im IT- und Kreativbereich und verwalten täglich zahlreichen Medien – vor allem Fotos. Mit snaatch und den integrierten KI-Funktionen konnten wir endlich Ordnung in unsere Daten bringen. Bereits wenige Minuten nach dem Onboarding waren sämtliche Dateien automatisch verschlagwortet und mit passenden Keywords versehen. Die Suche funktioniert jetzt blitzschnell, und wir finden genau das, was wir brauchen. Ein großartiges Tool – intuitiv, effizient und zudem preislich absolut fair!

Cons

Aktuell gibt es tatsächlich nichts, was wir kritisieren könnten. snaatch läuft stabil, durchdacht und erfüllt genau das, was wir gesucht haben.

Ich habe die Software für Kunden benutzt, um meine Fotos für diese online bereit zu stellen. Einfacher gehts nicht und es gab nie Rückfragen von Kunden, wie man die Software handhabt.

Pros

Die Software ist einfach zu bedienen und bietet alles, was man braucht um seine Bilder als Fotograf für seine Kunden bereitstellen zu können. Und wenn was fehlt, dann einfach den Snaatch Kundensupport anrufen! Die sind wirklich sehr bemüht und helfen sehr freundlich weiter!

Cons

Es hat alles gepasst und es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Top Software und es gibt nichts negatives von meiner Seite zu berichten.

Pros

Der einfache Aufbau macht es unseren Mitarbeitenden sehr leicht, mit der Bilddatenbank umzugehen, da die Ordnerstruktur bereits vom PC bekannt ist. Dass die Daten hier DSGVO-konform abgelegt werden, ist für uns als Jugendverband sehr wichtig. Besonders schätze ich die Funktion, Ordner oder einzelne Dateien als Downloadlink oder Präsentation extern zur Verfügung zu stellen. Hierüber können Fotos von Veranstaltungen sehr komfortabel beispielsweise an die Presse gegeben werden.

Cons

Ein Hinweis auf der Startseite nach dem Login über neuen Funktionen würde helfen, sich auch aktiv mit Erweiterungen des Systems auseinanderzusetzen. Für unterwegs wäre eine App-Lösung auch für Android super.

Wir haben nach einem Tool gesucht, mit dem wir unsere Marketing Assets an einem zentralen Ort speichern und managen können. Das funktioniert mit snaatch sehr gut. Der Vorteil von snaatch gegenüber größeren Systemen ist der direkte Kontakt zu den beiden engagierten Gründern und dass viele Custom Lösungen angeboten werden können.

Pros

snaatch ist intuitiv in der Usability und bietet alle Funktionen, die ein DAM-System braucht. Die Foto-Präsentationen unserer Räumlichkeiten, die wir mit wenigen KLicks erstellen und an Kunden verschicken können, sind super! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fair! Der direkte Kontakt zur IT hilft sowohl im Setup-Prozess als auch in der täglichen Arbeit mit dem System. Optimierungsvorschläge und Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt und können mal als bezahlter Custom Auftrag und mal als grundsätzliche Verbesserung des Systems umgesetzt werden.

Cons

Manchmal müssen wir auf eine Rückmeldung zu einer Frage etwas länger warten. Dies betrifft jedoch meistens Nachfragen zu Features, keine dringenden Probleme.

Pros

Snaatch ist intuitiv, vereinfacht die Verteilung von Daten an Kunden, das Team ist sehr engagiert und bei Problemen ist eine Lösung nur eine E-Mail entfernt.

Cons

Der Einladungsprozess und die damit verbundene Rechtevergabe könnte etwas einfacher gestaltet werden, aber das wird sicherlich auch bald der Fall sein, so wie ich das tolle Team von Snaatch kenne.

Snaatch ist eine runde Lösung zur Bereitstellung seiner Arbeit an mehrere Kunden.Es hilft dabei die kurzen Zeitfenster einhalten zu können und nicht wie früher alles per Mail verschicken zu müssen.

Pros

\- Bereitstellung der Fotos für die Kunden zum direkten Download sehr einfach- Viel Speicherplatz verfügbar- Direkter Upload der Fotos direkt aus der Kamera möglich- Einfache Verwaltung von Spaces, Alben und Fotos

Cons

\- Ein direkter Verkauf der Fotoprodukte ist derzeit noch nicht möglich- FTP Abgleich noch nicht möglich
