Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Refrens. It has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks and helped me present a more professional image to clients. For freelancers and small businesses looking for an affordable yet powerful business tool, Refrens is a great investment. The value I’ve gotten in just a short time is impressive.

Pros

Refrens makes it incredibly easy to create professional invoices, proposals, and estimates in just minutes. The dashboard is intuitive, the templates look polished, and the automation features like recurring invoices and payment reminders save a lot of time. I also loved the ability to track payments and expenses in one place. The CRM and lead management features are a big plus for growing agencies like ours.

Cons

Would love to see deeper third-party integrations with tools like WhatsApp, Slack, and Zoho CRM. Also, while the user interface is clean, some deeper customization options in design templates could make it even better.

The on boarding process was one of the best I have seen as of now the account manager who was assigned to me was really good at explaining all the features

This is one of the most simple software for using and the best invoicing and inventory management software, which also includes a CRM programme and portfolio management

Cons

The fact that there is no mobile phone application, I really wish there was a mobile phone application to make the life simple

I like the price the most actually. I also found customization was easy to use and customer support was immediate.
