Nous utilisons Avis Locataire pour mesurer le degré de satisfaction de nos clients locataires vis à vis des services que nous leur fournissons. Cette application permet de mesurer cette satisfaction, et de définir ensuite les domaines dans lesquels nous devons nous améliorer. L'application permet de cibler les problématiques selon différents critères.

Pros

L'interface des gestions des rapports est pratique et permet d'obtenir des résultats à de multiples niveaux. Les fonctionnalités d'export sous Excel ou PDF sont très utiles.

Cons

Il peut manquer une fonctionnalité de tableau dynamique.

Avec les enquêtes de satisfaction nous pouvons évaluer la qualité de service des prestataires avec les tableaux bord. La satisfaction est intégrée à l'intéressement dans nos Cahiers des charges. Et les alertes d'insatisfaction nous permettent de traiter les problématiques avec plus de réactivité.Avec les sms nous informons nos locataires d'un incident technique sur une résidence, d'une fermeture d'agence par exemple, un gain de temps pour tous.

Pros

Nous utilisons les enquêtes de satisfaction automatiques et personnalisées au quotidien auprès de nos locataires, cela a été très facile à mettre en place . Cela nous permet d'évaluer la qualité des interventions chez nos locataires. Nous utilisons les sms pour communiquer des informations administratives ou techniques aux locataires.

Les exports Excel sont à améliorer, peu clairs et exploitables
