I moved my business away from TOTECS for something more economical and was back on the platform 2 years later after declining sales due to functionality not up to the same capabilities of the TOTECS platform. You pay for what you get! Pros Sales Rep Functionality combined with fully integrated catalogue priced at the relationship level facilitated massive growth in my customers ordering online therefore freeing up my sales people from managing the admin tasks associated with manual keying and order taking. Cons The powerful back end of TOTECS takes a little to get your head around. With the training and support from the TOTECS team my business grew from strength to strength once I understood the capabilities and put them into action.
