Very Competent B2B platform for mid tier businesses. I moved my business away from TOTECS for something more economical and was back on the platform 2 years later after declining sales due to functionality not up to the same capabilities of the TOTECS platform. You pay for what you get!

Pros

Sales Rep Functionality combined with fully integrated catalogue priced at the relationship level facilitated massive growth in my customers ordering online therefore freeing up my sales people from managing the admin tasks associated with manual keying and order taking.

Cons

The powerful back end of TOTECS takes a little to get your head around. With the training and support from the TOTECS team my business grew from strength to strength once I understood the capabilities and put them into action.

A journey, with many pain points, and the wins are ever so small it make my digital life very difficult.

Pros

The people, without them i would be lost

Cons

Its is difficult to use and inflexible at the admin level, and does not work easily with plugs in..... to complex for someone who is not computer admin wizard

Staff were helpful and professional.

Pros

I have moved many clients over to TOTECS to assist with complex B2B pricing strategies. The team were excellent in assisting with dynamic pricing set ups, customer relationships and helped my clients achieve 100% Order Processing Automation.

Cons

Needed a Google Merchant Centre integration but the team helped build that and now it's available as standard.
