Lo peor, cuando pagamos desaparecieron sin ninguna solución ni funcionamiento por lo pagado.

Pros

El comercial que nos vendió la app.... Agilidad para vender lo que no sirve.

Cons

Hicimos el pago y nunca funcionó y no responden mensajes ni nada, totalmente estafados. No hubo soporte ni devolución del dinero.

El inicio fue bueno, con forme integramos mas canales los problemas empoezaron, primero con el manejo de stock, lo que nos obligo a desconectar los canales en lo que sotorte resolvia. Despues el sitema importo ventas historicas y las facturo generando problemas fiscales y costos extra.

Pros

Automatizacion de procesos. Baja intervencion del ususrio. Auto atencion para facturacion de Clientes.

Cons

El sitema tiene errores, afectan al comercio El sistema no tiene una atencion a clientes satisfactoria. Soporte tecnico tarda en econtrar los errores. Al estar integrado con plataformas y el SAT los errores se propagan.

Solucionamos problemas con la impresión de guías aumentando la efectividad de nuestra logística de envíos y el manejo de productos en nuestros 6 canales de venta.

Pros

Me encanta la interfaz y lo sencilla que es, la atención es otro nivel y la herramienta funciona super super bien. Nos ha cambiado la forma de llevar la logística todo en un solo lugar, la facturación y la edición de productos hacia los canales de venta. Super recomendada.

Cons

El manejo de los descuentos y precios, podría mejorar un poco para hacerlo más dinámico y establecer fechas de inicio y fin, obviamente en las plataformas que lo permiten.

Nuestra experiencia es completamente satisfactoria; tomamos la decisión correcta e integramos a nuestro flujo de trabajo una herramienta que nos facilita la operación del día a día

La practicidad, gestión y "tackeabilidad" de toda la información de nuestros productos y los pedidos. Es un todo en uno. Un servicio integral, fácil de usar, con la correcta atención.

Pros

Toda la implementación fue muy sencilla. Nos ayudo a tener visibilidad y control del stock en nuestros canales digitales. Además de que nuestra reputación en Mercado Libre se incrementó, lo cual impacto directamente en la venta. Las respuestas de su bot son muy reales y acertadas.

Cons

En realidad el equipo de Ventiapp ha estado muy pendiente, la integración salió sin mayores complicaciones.

Ha sido útil y nos ha agilizado procesos

Pros

Es amigable y tiene casi todo lo que requiero, contamos con una persona que nos da seguimiento, cobros y facturación son a tiempo, se prestan para el dialogo

Cons

La respuesta es lenta y en ocasiones esta no existe, requieren de mucho seguimiento para dar una resolución, el cobro es alto, no tiene conexión con todos mis portales y con algunos que si la tienen no es completa
