Reliable, excellent onboarding, super fast support, and unbelievable value with a feature rich CRM that has a simple and easy interface to get started!

Pros

Having witnessed so many of their roadmap items get added into the features, and reviewing the daily analytics of our team without following up on them, give us so much hope for our own future growth!

Cons

I know it's in the road map, but an Android iOS version would be so great to follow up with deliverables, the pipeline, and the Kanban.

In terms of overall experience, we have experienced more sales (due to being more organized and efficient), and we are more in tune with what's going on with our leads, pipeline, etc. I've worked with several systems to date, and this CRM is the most nimble (can use it for anything!).

Pros

My staff has found the CRM to be easy to use, easily customizable and packed with features you wouldn't expect from most CRMs, such as pre-built project management templates that are free and already setup for you. Their automated lead to account flow is sensible, and I often use the "Command Center", which has all of your lead/client information, inbound/outbound email, notes, deal tracking and more. Without a doubt, my team is more productive with this system.

Cons

No issues thus far - their team is easy to work with. They aren't the cheapest on the market, but you also get what you pay for. Overall, their CRM is a great value.
