Not what i expected, but certainly better than what we had.

Pros

I like the large company benefit plans very much

Cons

I don't like how the Sequoia platform and Prism HR are clearly two separate platforms. I am also dissappointed in the reporting functionality

Really good mostly! Easy to find what you need.

Pros

The great service we receive from our HR manager. \[sensitive content hidden\] is super responsive and knowledgeable. Sequoia is able to answer our questions and always giv es us plenty of notice when we have compliance due.

Cons

The systems can be quite clunky, especially prism. Compared to other PEO software's it is slightly outdated and hard to find what you need.
