Our online auction site was professional looking and easy to use and MobilBid's customer support was excellent. Pros I loved how easy it was to set up and use MobilBid, to track the bids, and the ability to automate the billing/invoicing process at the end of the night. And their tech support was outstanding! Cons For a bundled silent auction item containing items from a variety of donors, only one website could be listed. However, to overcome this limitation we just listed the additional websites in the description of the item. The customer service support also made this experience so easy and made me wonder why we didn't do it earlier! Cons Nothing.
