I have been a former paid client of asana, notion and trello and i can say that it is by far my favorite tool ever. Plaky keeps it simple and has everything you need to manage tasks and projects for multiple members and clients in my small business Cons there isn't much not to like about plaky to be honest. it could be nice perhaps to keep the uploaded files/photos inside the notes of each tasks and not in a separate tab. thats the only suggestion, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I used Jira, ClickUp, and Assana in the past, but they all had something I did not like, hard to use. ClickUp was a bit better, but they required me to buy a subscription for what I needed so I started to look for alternatives and I found Plaky. Plaky is the best project management tool and task organizer for multiple projects that help me to stay organized and, as a result, to deliver quality work. Cons Plaky should have a chat interface that syncs with Pumble so there's no need switch between apps. There should also be an option to customize the homepage where it'll go directly to your main board or the option to choose how to set up the home page when logging in. It has helped me be more consistent with my follow-up, moving clients along the path to closing. Pros Pretty simple to set up, use and track deals, even on the free platform. Definitely helps simplify the sales funnel from the more complex CRMs many of us use. Cons Not a whole lot to not like here. Only thing I would say is being able to customize columns in each segment of the pipe would be nice - currently, changing a column header in one section changes for all - and not all pipes are universal.
