Pros The process up the set up was user friendly and inviting. The colors and layout of the email information to setup my account caught my attention quickly. Cons There are no cons thus far. We pay every two weeks which is for us better than paying once a month. Pros It is really easy to make reports, export them into excel, and manipulate the data. Also, when you call the phone number someone actually does answer the phone. Cons I can't think of anything in particular. It is way better for us than WEX which charged us so much money if we were 1 day late on our payment. Flexibility and value are great for the money! Cons Ordering the cards is easy, but the free lead time is longer than I'd like. You can pay more for faster shipping if wanted. We have people calling all the time to get us to switch to a new fleet card. We aren't going anywhere. The team is great. Pros It helps me make sure we are not overspending. It allows me to track by vehicle and by driver. Ensuring all our costs are aligned and captured. It took no time at all for the drivers to learn how to use the system. They don't even complain about having to upload receipts. Cons I wish the rebates were a little easier, but that is not a huge problem for us to get around. It can't be perfect. They make it easy to manage fuel expenses, track purchases, and monitor gas mileage across multiple vehicles. Pros What I like most is the visibility and control Coast gives us over our fuel spending. With multiple food trucks on the road, it's easy to track purchases, monitor mileage, and manage expenses in one time. It is very user friendly for both our staff and managers to utilize. The integrations make things easier. The website is seamless and very easy to use. If any help is needed our representative is always available to help us out. When going through looking at my technician's transactions, the purchases are always categorized correctly so that I am not confused on what something is for, and I always know what category the transaction should be in, in our accounting software. Pros I love the features that are included with Coast which consist of linking the coast account with your accounting software, and it is also linked with your service platform. I plan on fully utilizing the Accounts Payable feature which will help me with our monthly bills and keeping track of payments. Cons The only thing is not really Coast directly, but the fact that we aren't aware of every single thing Coast offers and how to use it. So, there is just a lot more for us to learn to be able to utilize. I do wish that if a receipt is not uploaded that I could get some type of notification with the name of who did the transaction so I can address it right then. I was a little concerned when our original rep left the company, but our new Rep \[sensitive content hidden\] stepped right in and we haven't missed a beat on the Coast support side. \[sensitive content hidden\] is a great asset to the Coast team Pros We have been with Coast for a little over a year. The partnership with Samsara is the feature that is the most beneficial for us. Another huge benefit has been the money we have recovered through the fuel fraud protection and alerts through coast Cons There hasn't been anything I haven't liked about Coast. The functions and protection options have continued to improve as we have been with the program.
