Our employees love how easy it is to access, and we see the value for money. Pros The ease of letting employees make purchases has been awesome. The interface makes everything easy to manage. The learning curve was really easy to manage. Our drivers don't have to worry about uploading receipts, and it helps keep our cards secure. Cons I haven't found much, but I would say the key is getting the right App downloaded to manage our account remotely. Pros I love the Convenience of using the card at any station and the text-to-activate feature. The mobile app is a great benefit as you can check your accounts on the road. I also love that you can add or remove permissions for specific users. Cons Sometimes the text-to-sign-in feature doesn't work. I find unmanned CNG stations have problems using the card. What is great about it, is that you can go to any fuel station. Pros Reliable, easy to use. Love that it asks for receipts. Offers a lot of security and safety options. It is easy to train the drivers with the app. Cons It does not have Spanish promptings for drivers when the app texts the reason for the decline. Most of the time it is driver error, but would like it in Spanish so they can better understand what they are doing incorrectly. Cons How it interfaces differently with different gas stations so screens and prompts to my driver are not always the same. This is the first time I have used Coast and the learning curve was relatively short Pros Excellent at keeping track of a ton of credit card purchases as well as using it for bill pay. It makes my job simpler. Cons I think the only con I can call out now is with the bill pay feature. Not having enough visibility in to when the supplier will get paid. It's also really helpful that the guys get prompted for the receipt right away, so no more counting on them to retain the receipt safely for a week. The app is super simple to use and the guys like that they can leave the cards in their trucks without having to worry about misplacing them with their wallets. Cons There hasn't been anything that we haven't liked. They make it easy too get set up and get started.. The security provided by the use of SMS texting confirmation has been great. I especially like the API integration with our fleet GPS system with allows us to track fuel usage with milage and really see where there might be places for improvement while keeping us alert to possible fraud. The alerts are customizable and really helpful, especially when you consider the real-time alerts that allow me to react and address an issue right away. We run two companies off Coast fuel cards and I can do that with just one log in. It is easy to navigate between each one to see the dashboard or run reports specific to that company. Pros When I was looking for a new fuel card for our fleet, I needed a card that was secure, flexible and one that could integrate with our other fleet applications. The Coast fuel card hit all the marks. It is very easy to add new users and remove old ones. A card is not active until the driver activates it so if one is lost or stolen, there is no chance of it being used by an unauthorized person. I find the Coast portal easy to navigate. Getting useful reports is easy to set up and export. Cons There have been communication outages in the Coast fuel system that prevent our drivers from fueling up because they cannot get the confirmation text. Switched from [WEX Field Service Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/183763/Payzerware/) WEX was difficult to deal with when it came to billing and administration.
