Cons Overall I don't have any complaints with Coast except they recently changed their awards program to bank rewards instead of applying to the monthly statement. It gives us greater visibility into fuel purchases, helps reduce unauthorized or unnecessary expenses, and makes it easier to manage drivers and vehicles while still giving them the flexibility they need on the road Cons The least appealing aspect of Coast is that it can take some time to configure spending rules, driver profiles, and reporting setting. Seems to be robust Pros organization and ability to turn on/off cards from app and from the web console. Makes crew more focused on documenting purchases. Cons Rewards, preferred the straight up cash back that it was prior. I do NOT like that you have to MANUALLY go in to get the rewards when prior it was automatic. Especially with the recent increases in fuel costs nationwide, Coast has helped provide better visibility, control, and monitoring of expenses, allowing us to manage fuel consumption more effectively and support operational decision-making. Pros The level of detail available allows us to view all transactions completed by our drivers, along with all operational information available to support and manage our operation. Pros The greatest thing about Coast is the fraud prevention features. No gas can be purchased until all the security items are entered into the app. Cons The least thing about Coast which can be annoying at times and not good is the app not responding after data has been entered. Having the ability to limit time, location, among other things is great. Pros It was extremely easy to setup and modify for each vehicle as we got new vehicles and swapped out technicians. I have used a lot of fleet fuel management systems and this was very simple. Cons Locking a card took a while to turn back on and reactivate. Could have been an issue on our end but could also setup a clean way to temporary lock while we move things around. It isn't consistent with each fuel spot. Some require an odometer and some do not.
