Pros

Dynamo allows us to engage with our players in new ways. Being able to directly and automatically respond to a specific player comment and countless other features have opened the doors to new and innovative Facebook activities that nobody else in our industry is doing.

Cons

It is a bit clunky and not automatically very intuitive. But it is a new product and once you understand how it works (which isn't actually very hard), it is very easy to use.

A close to paid interface that provides a variety of solutions in the worlds of social media. Thanks to the software, we multiplied 4-5 times the engagement of our community in social media on all platforms. In addition, our customer service has greatly improved thanks to sophisticated automations that allow us to provide diverse answers. We can reach our customers quickly and efficiently using new tools including Broadcast.

Cons

Absolutely positive. Every small fault is dealt with quickly and efficiently while constantly improving.

Integration was simple, the results started instantly, and the support from our Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been second to none. I have been recommending Dynamo to all of our studios.

Pros

They have helped take our Social Media pages to the next level. Our comments are clean with the use of the "Troll Buster" getting rid of all of the bad actors you find trying to scam our users and promote other games. The"Master Support" function really helps us spot issues with our game quickly and efficiently. Finally, the way we can award our players and get them engaged with our Social Media pages is taken to the next level and saves us so much time and energy each week.

Cons

To be honest, I can't think of any at the moment and we have been working with them for over 6 months. They are always available to help and they have a lot of knowledge to also help you keep pushing forward.
