Excellent and easy way to use telemedicine, not sure if the expense is worth how infrequently we use it, though.

Pros

Easy to log on and connect with patient. Our schedulers send emails to patients and they seem to have an easy time figuring it out.

Cons

There are times when the patients struggle with video, but it may be their connection.
