It was smooth till now and i expect it to be the same or a bit better if not asking more and i appreciate the on time schedulings all over

On point candidate evaluation which mostly matches with our feedback when we go through the recordings

Cons

Sometimes, the TAT for posting the feedback is very late which makes us hard to take review meetings or plan further more hirings

InCruiter gave me opportunity to take technical interviews of candidate within my area of expertise and help to companies to find better talent.

Pros

Incruiter has multiple tool as per company requirement. It has basic 2 verticals one is for interviewer and other for candidate. As a interviewer, I founnd Incruiter very smooth and user friendly tool. On Dashboard all the details about total interviews, scheduled and conducted is given. It gives option to schedule and reschedule the interview with minimal efforts. With my claender I can quickly update my availability and share free slots. During interview complete confidentiality is maintained. Complete interview report of candidate gets generated after interview, which can be shared to company for further investigation.

Cons

Plateform is really good. For interviewer adding questions and its response can be more user friendly. Before interview Interviewer cannot save questions.

Overall, I am satisfied with InCruiter. They should raise the payment for the interviewers. If the candidate does not join the interview, interviewers should be compensated at least 30% because they dedicated their time to InCruiter by not booking anywhere else.

Pros

InCruiter is a great company to work with. Their platform is great, like the UI, questions, etc. Their interview scheduling team is also good.

Cons

They can increase the rate of each interview. Currently, they pay 600 rupees per interview, they can increase this amount like the companies intervue, etc. do. They should raise the payment for the interviewers. If the candidate does not join the interview, interviewers should be compensated at least 30% because they dedicated their time to InCruiter by not booking anywhere else.

On time interviews. The platform is stable and the quality of candidate is good. The company provides good remuneration.

The feedback page is not good. Same repetitive things need to be filled. Previously ai fills it now it's stopped

Using InCruiter made the interview process more structured and predictable. Once I got familiar with the platform, it significantly reduced follow-ups and operational overhead. It’s especially useful for teams that conduct frequent or high-volume interviews. While there’s room for improvement in usability and flexibility, it delivers well on its core promise of simplifying interview management.

Pros

What stood out to me the most was how much manual effort InCruiter removed from interview coordination. Scheduling interviews, aligning interviewer availability, and tracking feedback became far more organized compared to doing everything over emails and spreadsheets. The interviewers provided through the platform were professional and well-prepared, which added credibility to the hiring process. It especially helped during bulk hiring when managing multiple candidates at once would otherwise become chaotic.

Cons

The platform isn’t completely plug-and-play. It took some time to understand the workflow and where certain actions are located. A few features feel slightly rigid, and there’s limited room for customization based on specific hiring processes. At times, small coordination delays happened, particularly when interviews were scheduled at short notice.

Overall, this is a timely and effective recruitment process, which is more recruiter-friendly and helps the recruitment process to be organized in this modern era. It gives the platform for video interviews, candidate evaluation, Interview scheduling, and candidate feedback all in one place in an organized manner. I can really appreciate the timely support from the recruiter, from the interview process scheduling to conducting the candidate evaluation. I like to be a part of this team as a recruiter and look forward to joining hands with the team in the future.

Pros

Dashboard and workflows are easy to navigate, making recruiting tasks more efficient even for non-technical users. The platform makes time more efficient and effortless. Video Interview and candidate evaluation in one place, reducing administrative effort and speeding up the hiring process. Timely support during the interview process from the support team.

Cons

Sometimes, especially in video interviews, it's a nightmare to track conversations in the transcript if there are interruptions during the call. Additionally, There Are some Occasional bugs and Technical glitches that need to be addressed on the platform.
