Pros Incruiter has multiple tool as per company requirement. It has basic 2 verticals one is for interviewer and other for candidate. As a interviewer, I founnd Incruiter very smooth and user friendly tool. On Dashboard all the details about total interviews, scheduled and conducted is given. It gives option to schedule and reschedule the interview with minimal efforts. With my claender I can quickly update my availability and share free slots. During interview complete confidentiality is maintained. Complete interview report of candidate gets generated after interview, which can be shared to company for further investigation. The communication, coordination, and scheduling have all been handled professionally, making interviews easy to conduct. With just a few improvements to the coding editor, the platform can become even more powerful. Overall, a very reliable tool for interviewers. Pros I really liked the smooth and clear communication with the coordinators during the entire interview scheduling process. Everything was well-organized, and it made it very easy for me as an interviewer. Another major positive was the extremely low no-show rate — out of around 120 interviews, only about 5–6 candidates didn’t show up, which is impressive. Cons The overall experience has been great, but the code editor can be improved. Cons In the platform main screen of video display, When the Interview coordinator joins then PIP - picture in picture showing as white screen.
