Elay is absolutely as promised and more. Easy to use, great support from Mehdi and using the system has resulted in some significant early efficiency savings.
Cons
It is a little bit restrictive with when an automation can run and limited to three automations at any one time.
As early adopters we were working on the build of certain automations and reports. As Elay grows I have no doubt there will be a suite of automations and reports that could be rolled out instantly.

Pros: It is simple and intuitive to use and extremely easy to set up. I use it from a company perspective as I am in the marketing department. I use it to grow our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts and it it saves me a great deal of time in searching out the contacts relevant to my business, leaving me to focus on more personal communications. I have set up numerous automatic actions companywide which means marketing needs are being addressed company-wide. The support / feedback from the team is really good and they are quick to advise if someone can improve on their automations.
Cons: By the nature of the platforms, I would say it works better on LinkedIn than Facebook and Instagram.
