I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend!

Pros

The first thing that had me sold was how the system was designed in a way that it had a solution to almost every problems I’ve encountered as an administrator!

Cons

It’s not yet 100 % finished (still fully operational) but looking forward to when it will be with all the features not yet in place.

Time spent on class and event scheduling has decreased thanks to all the features that Culmas has integrated. The Culmas team has given continuous and careful attention to the needs of the user, administrator and management of our cultural institution. It helps our business improve relationships with our customers and staff whilst managing business finances and goals.

Pros

The customer CMR system helps us understand and improve our products, communication with our customers and strive for a better future of our business.

Cons

Pay processing platform is an upcoming feature on Culmas that we are very much looking forward to.
