Pros

  • The Digemy Team's exceptional support, including proofreading modules, has been commendable. Overall, Digemy has been a lifesaver, providing the perfect platform for learning and development.

  • I liked that our ideas were implemented as easily as possible, the platform is user friendly and I enjoyed the swift support from the Digemy team.

  • Overall, my experience with Digimy has been exceptionally positive. The platform's clean interface and effortless navigation have made learning a joy.

Cons

  • I don’t like how there are no different language options on the site.

  • There are no real cons to this platform , the one thing I will change is featuring a dark mode of the website and allowing teams to relook at modules , not just recap them.

  • Nothing I can I think of that I particularly disliked.

Overall: My experience with Digemy has been exceptional. Its user-friendly interface, comprehensive support, and seamless transition from PC to mobile make it indispensable for our team's learning. Quizzes and leaderboards add excitement, driving active participation. The Digemy Team's exceptional support, including proofreading modules, has been commendable. Overall, Digemy has been a lifesaver, providing the perfect platform for learning and development.

Pros: Digemy has been a lifesaver for the Freedom of Movement People Support Team, especially with its educational videos guiding us through the platform. The standout feature, though, is the exceptional support from the Digemy Team. They consistently go above and beyond, proofreading modules and offering valuable tips whenever needed, showing commendable dedication.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about Digemy; it's truly been a fantastic journey so far. While starting something new can be daunting, once you get the hang of it, you'll see what an incredible platform it is! With its user-friendly interface and comprehensive support, Digemy has consistently surpassed my expectations.

"Digemy - Internationally Recognised and Rated"

Pros: The consultative approach. We are not experts at microlearning, and leant on Digemy for their guidance on how best to drive adoption of new technologies in market. Each Digemy team member is skilled in their respective craft, and it is refreshing working with such professionalism from the Platform, to the Project Management, and the People.

Cons: After 18 months, I do not have a single point of improvement.

Reasons for Switching to Digemy: Learnwords did not offer us the customisations and customer support that Digemy offers.

Overall: I am enjoying the challenge in the questions asked and point allocation and also to gain more knowledge in other fields of the business and products. Knowledge is everything

Pros: The challenge - point system Knowledge Time you can work on the app - when you get the time - even late at night/weekends

Cons: Nothing I can pinpoint as "not liked" When I loose points :-)

"Reaching more clients through Digyme training platform"

Overall: I have found the friendly support staff very accommodating and understanding. They are very helpful and quick with feedback :)

Pros: The platform is easy enough to understand and navigate

Cons: We are still learning how best to utilise the platform to maximise the user experience.

"Digemy?DigeDREAM!"

Overall: My overall experience eight Digemy would be classified as a 10/10 experience! It’s allowed me to unlock potential I didn’t know I had and allowed me to create a overall better customer experience by imparting the knowledge I have learnt on the platform.

Pros: I like the fact that it was an easy and interactive platform that allowed me to not only learn about the company I work for and the products, but also allowed me to test that knowledge.

Cons: To be honest there is nothing I did not like about Digemy. It’s interactive systems and rewards made me driven to want to interact and learn more with them.
