Pros

The platform was easy to navigate. For somene who is learning it makes things quite easier. So all good.

Cons

None I can think of. I have not picked up any elements that I can define as being Cons. All has been good so far.

I have received Top-Notch service from Digemy and my overall experience with them has far exceeded all of my expectations.

Pros

The first thing that jumps out at me is the exceptional customer service. There is no long waiting times for responses from the Digemy team. They are always courteous and respectful and eager to assist.

Cons

As with any company I am sure there are areas that can use some improvement, but as for the different aspects that I have personally dealt with Digemy there is nothing specific that jumps out at me that I disliked. The only annoyance was that my email service provider blocked the password reset email, but that is nothing to do with Digemy themselves, albeit a user interface experience.

Pros

The simplicity of the platform, its user friendly. Our learners find it simple once logged on the platform.

Cons

The login option as some of our people do not have functional email addresses and their ID numbers are not all the same.

Pros

Digemy is great at their financial literacy programmes. Simple, clear and easy to understand. The best parts is that the financial literacy program is free to use.
