They also provided a lot of content to help me along the way Pros I really love the look and feel of Digemy. Speaking from a tech perspective I think the UI is super clean and polished! Digemy is a great learning platform and I love how they offer both video or text learning resources. I have never been good with learning through video and find reading a far more concrete way for me to learn things. Most other learning platforms only provide video content which can become boring and unappealing quickly, whereas Digemy with their text modulesm, quizzes and plethora of features such as the recap room and adaptive learning help keep me engaged and coming back to learn more. Pros The first thing that jumps out at me is the exceptional customer service. There is no long waiting times for responses from the Digemy team. They are always courteous and respectful and eager to assist. Cons As with any company I am sure there are areas that can use some improvement, but as for the different aspects that I have personally dealt with Digemy there is nothing specific that jumps out at me that I disliked. The only annoyance was that my email service provider blocked the password reset email, but that is nothing to do with Digemy themselves, albeit a user interface experience.
