I found Nextbitt to be a tool with great potential. The support team is outstanding and helps you take the application to the level you need. The platform centralizes all the information required, which improves coordination and visibility across teams.

Cons

The platform is quite complex for new users and requires initial guidance to navigate effectively. Additionally, the interface could be optimized to be more intuitive and user‑friendly, which would help reduce the learning curve and improve the overall user experience.
