Pros

  • Everything, the system is really easy to use, the developers are amazing and very communicative.

  • Wish we had it sooner, this is an amazing product.

Cons

  • After 6+ months of working with Opsi it is difficult for me to identify something I don't like. From a functionality perspective, I want Opsi to integrate label printing for prep items.

  • Took me a minute to understand all of its functions. Probably my user error due to my lack of technical ability.

"Great Product "

Overall: Absolutely amazing. Very happy with the overall value and functionality

Pros: Overall usefulness. Has streamlined inventory management.

Cons: I wish i had it earlier. Took me a minute to understand all of its functions. Probably my user error due to my lack of technical ability.

"Opsi is the answer! "

Overall: Working with [sensitive content hidden] has been a fantastic experience. Feels like a partnership versus a typical client/vendor relationship. They ask for and listen to feedback and work constantly to improve the platform.

Pros: 1. Easy setup and implementation 2. Specifically developed for restaurants and hospitality 3. Real time insight into your operations 4. Ability to update recipes, procedures, etc. on the fly 5. Fast and high adoption rate in the restaurants

Cons: After 6+ months of working with Opsi it is difficult for me to identify something I don't like. From a functionality perspective, I want Opsi to integrate label printing for prep items. However, when I discussed this with [sensitive content hidden] it is a function they are already working on.

"Chef Richard "

Overall: I really enjoy the app .

Pros: I really enjoy the way it allows recipes to be extremely accessible to our team. It's very great to be able to review them/edit them on the fly as necessary per the way they're understood by the cooks. I really enjoy the way the prep lists are organized as well. As long as the people fill them out adequately it provides all the necessary information.

Cons: I'm think the biggest snag is the fluidity of how the app operates. It seems to be very bumpy/laggy and the amount of time necessary to do things on the phone is longer than it should be solely because of the time it takes to wait for the app to update the data that's put in

"OPSI is a fantastic recipe database"

Pros: User friendly Embedded recipes multi unit management Pictures and videos Spanish translation

Cons: You cant use two recipes at once which can be challenging for prep cooks when multitasking.
