It's has been design to create amazing employee experiences and it's super easy to set up and manage. The integrations was a must-have for us and they are rolling new ones incredibly fast. We've been able to better prioritise requests, manage communications and expectations as well as remove the clutter from emails & Slack.

Easy to set-up, amazing integrations & employee-centric experience !

Pros

J’utilise Siit depuis un certain temps maintenant pour gérer les demandes de mes employés et je suis ravi des résultats obtenus. Nous gérons facilement toutes les demandes de congés, des formations ou encore des demandes de support technique (Mot de passe, ajout de licence, équipements…). Mes équipes sont ravies de la rapidité et de l’efficacité du service que nous leur offrons grâce à Siit. Nous pouvons également générer des rapports pour suivre le nombre de demandes et optimiser nos process. Bref, Siit a grandement amélioré notre productivité et notre qualité de service. Je recommande chaudement cet outil à toute entreprise qui souhaite simplifier sa gestion des demandes internes.

Cons

Nothing for now.Although, I haven't tried all the features yet.

Pros

J’utilise Siit depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et cela a révolutionné l’expérience des employés de notre entreprise. Siit a simplifié nos process en rendant la gestion des demandes internes des employés plus facile, ce qui optimise l’onboarding et la rétention de nos collaborateurs. Les employés peuvent soumettre rapidement et facilement leurs demandes, et nous pouvons les prioriser et les suivre au même endroit. Le fait que l’outil soit intégré avec Slack et Notion a été un vrai élément différenciant dans notre choix !Dans l’ensemble, je ne peux que recommander Siit.

Cons

Pour le moment aucun. On avait des besoins spécifiques sur l'intégration à Notion et l'équipe a su être très réactive pour développer les fonctionnalités nécessaire.

Depuis que j'ai commencé à utiliser Siit, le processus de gestion des demandes a été considérablement simplifié et optimisé. Je peux facilement suivre les demandes en temps réel et y répondre rapidement, ce qui a considérablement amélioré la satisfaction de mes employés. De plus, la plateforme est facile à utiliser, ce qui a permis à toute l'équipe de le prendre en main rapidement. Je suis ravi de partager mon expérience avec Siit, le logiciel que j'utilise pour gérer les demandes de mes employés. Je recommande fortement Siit à toute entreprise qui souhaite améliorer la gestion de ses demandes RH et IT.

Pros

L'un des avantages majeurs de Siit est son intégration avec Slack, ce qui nous permet de gérer facilement les demandes directement depuis notre plateforme de communication. Nous pouvons répondre aux demandes de manière plus rapide et efficace, en gardant toutes les conversations liées à une demande au même endroit.

Cons

Pas encore intégré avec la solution de paie Silae.
