Before using the system, we had issues with lost PODs, jobs not being completed properly, and difficulty tracking what drivers were doing. TransporTech helped us improve job visibility, driver accountability, and customer communication. The driver app makes it easier to collect PODs and update jobs in real time, while the office team can manage allocations and accounts more efficiently. It has helped us become more organised and has improved the way we serve our customers. Pros What I liked most about TransporTech is how it brought our transport operations into one clear system. The live job updates, driver app, PODs, job allocation, and customer communication have made day-to-day work much easier and more organised. Cons At the beginning, it took a little time for the team to get used to the system and adapt our old way of working. However, the support from the TransporTech team helped us through this, and the system has continued to improve.
