January 7, 2025 5.0 I have a rep that I work with on my tournaments and he made it very easy to understand. The software has a lot more functionality than a lot of similar sites and more features than I could ever need. The price point is on par too with similar websites with way less. Pros The ease of scheduling tournaments and being able to communicate with all participants. Cons The only thing that's a little weird is having to enter all scores into a long form as opposed to individual weeks, but I figured it out quick enough. Pros I like the back office, easy to use. Scheduler was fairly easy to use. Cons Way to many ads, Need to have more tie breakers added. More features on the admin app. Pitch tracking would also be nice. Maybe more interaction with gamechanger in some way. Pros Online registration and fee collections. Cons Poor documentation, clunky interface, difficult to actually use after we were ready to run the tournament. Pros It has everything that you want in a tournament system/app. Cons At first it is a bit overwhelming, but as soon as we had help from the support team - we were good to go. Cons The app is not user friendly for the families. It is hard to read and follow. We printed and posted schedules on our website.
