Pros Facilidad de uso y compatibilidad con cortador Cons El entorno gráfico para mi tiene 2 fallos, uno es que cuando se quiere girar el diseño y clonarlo antes de cortar no se puede hacer directamente y hay que pulsar no al cortador para que de la opción, otra es que siempre sale la previsualización en pequeño y toca agrandar, no hace falta ver el menu de la izquierda tan grande, ya que son trabajos anteriores. Owner Operater Graphic Design Used the software for: 2+ years ### "VINYLMASTER FOR ALL" October 6, 2024 5.0 Always had great experience with Vinylmaster, I have had the LTR version for 15yrs and more recently the XPT version for 12mnths.VIN Pros Simplicity of use, very user friendly and easy to learn especially when watching the video training lessons online. Cons The soft shadow tool prints with a banding look, not a true gradient look, but you can overcome this by converting the graphic to a jpeg or tiff then it will print nicely... it is somewhat annoying to have to do this every time. Alternatives considered [CorelDRAW](https://www.capterra.com/p/124823/CorelDRAW/) Reason for choosing VinylMaster Vinylmaster was better value for money and easier to learn how to use. October 25, 2024 5.0 I have both SignMaster and VinylMaster licenses as I started with SignMaster but ended up purchasing Vinyl Master for it's ability to work with many different cutters. VinylMaster has replaced about 3 different programs that I would use for sign and t-shirt making. Pros The ease of use and the ton of features. The tracing ability of the program is unmatched in it's ease of use and accuracy. Cons The only thing that I don't like about the program is I wish there was a Linux Version. I have to run the software in a Windows VM as I don't run Windows on my daily driver machine. With my busy schedule, I don’t have much time to learn new tools, but Vinyl Master made it easy to quickly create perf and cut lines with fun fonts, making my projects enjoyable. Pros As a lifelong fan of Adobe Illustrator, I needed a reliable solution for cutting vinyl for my school projects and chose Vinyl Master. I was pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly it processed my Adobe files, making it incredibly easy to create and build cut lines, even for my Roland machines. The software’s image-to-vector tool is also a standout feature, providing excellent results that save me time and effort. Overall, Vinyl Master has proven to be an invaluable tool for integrating my design work into vinyl cutting projects. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve to get the software performing at 100%, but the provided video tutorials made it much easier to get up to speed quickly. Once I learned the tools, the workflow became smooth and efficient. I especially like the cut, divide, merge ability of objects. It has become my go to for every job we take on now . Pros The ease of use and all the right tools to make the production of signs and much more very simple. I've tried a lot of software for signs and none got me the results VinylMaster has. Also the cost of VinylMaster is amazing to be able to get these kind of tools for this price compared to other software at a very more expensive price. Cons I'm currently using VinylMaster DSR and the only thing is I wished it had the ability to rip to print. Other than that they are no cons. A cost effective program for any hobbyist or sign shop. Pros The software is easy to install & setup, and the preloaded drivers for cutters and printers are a great addition. The vectoriser is also a very useful tool, making common logos easy to get and work with. Cons Some minor bugs and system can crash from time to time, however the auto save works well so it’s just a mild inconvenience having to reload and open the file back up. Tech support system works as it should. Sometimes a little slow about responses to questions, but overall great! Pros I originally tried VM from the free trial. The interface made so much more sense to me. I produce a lot of artwork to send out for third party production. The conversions are easy and accurate. Cons Sometimes there is a glitch that makes me shut down and restart in the middle of a project. September 23, 2024 5.0 I have not had a single problem getting it to do what I ask of it yet, six years so far. I switched to VM for that very reason, The software that I was using focused on how many options it had versus how well the options work. I will never go back. Pros The flexibility of the software is amazing! It does everything you need it to, without fail.. Cons Well, almost none so far. My only issue if any, would be giving users the ability to size/scale the UI so that we could adjust it ourselves. To be honest, it probably will do that, I just haven't figured out how yet. Flexi was getting entirely too glitchy with each new update and release. On top of that, it would take me a good two months of work just recoup the cost.
