September 23, 2024 5.0 The software that came with my vinyl cutter was free but at the end of a year required an annual payment more than the cost of the cutter. It wasn’t even very good software. Vinyl master provided exactly what I required at a one off cost. Pros It does all that I require at a very reasonable one off cost. Cons No cons from me. Allows me to cut out letters and simple graphics and saves me a shed load of expensive other software. Pros Easy to use and it can help me with my creativity. I like that it color separates for me when sending to the cutter. The price was very reasonable! Quick integration and high quality output with my old low cost cutterplotter. Pros Interfaces perfectly with my cutterplotter with high quality output. Pros It can read PDF files for contour cutting. Cons Zero support. Not from the company I purchased it from, not from future.support. I see we have a thread where we have responded to your question with the solution (to contour cut). To clarify, for contour cutting you are placing a shape around the artwork and there is no need to trace the artwork only to add the outside shape. Dont listen to problem want to lay blame of issues of program no working on faulty equipment when not the issue.
