I really can't fault it. Pros The configurable options available in the Postman plugin for WP makes it really stand out from the competition. With intergrated OAuth, Fallback Mail Monitoring and event based trigger actions, make it a complete email solution - with the need for little else. Cons Nothing thus far - It works. Even the documentation is coherent and up-to-date. Whether you are a small business owner, freelance developer, or a professional at an agency, they have a plan that fits your budget. They have great documentation and knowledge base for their software. It works with a lot of email providers. The reporting and email delivery is top notch. And they even have a mobile app. Cons They don't have a free package. The cheapest package is $50/year for a single website works out to $4 per month, which is very good. But nothing beats free. It would be nice if they could make instructional videos to add to their articles for the future. Their website could also be better organized. For example, on their post-smtp page, it is so long and a single column that it felt like reading an endless Facebook scroll. We can change the email later after setup if we want. Cons Setup for it is not so easy it's too complicated and it's time consuming. If normal people who are not much familiar with coding, is not gonna able to setup this.
