Just one day. One day to create, design and publish my service webstore. Simple and efficient, Oode is a top product. The team works hard to made their product better.

Pros

I have not much time to create a full website for selling services on Internet. Oode provide me all I need to create this in just one day. A full and working ecommerce webstore.

Cons

I am waiting for PayPal payment integration. When it is complete, this product will be nearly perfect.

I am very happy with Oode and offering it to small business partners, as it completely revolutionizes their online business model (which generally is pretty much just accepting orders on the phone and taking notes on a random piece of paper on the counter).

Pros

Rarely are all-in-one tools so effective as Oode - it neither tries to do absolutely everything possible, nor does it only focus on a few key components, while leaving you to search and implement other tools to get everything done right. Oode's CRM, simple website builder, combined with email marketing and payment processing (and billing) really makes a perfect suite of tools for small businesses in the service sector, which work with multiple small transactions which ultimately requires a lot of logisitics, record keeping, etc.

Cons

For agencies which want to manage multiple subaccounts, the platform still needs a lot of improvement - subaccount managemant is not perfect, chats don't go only to their respective accounts but also to the main agency account. If you want to remove a person from one subaccount but not from the other - this is not possible, the system deletes them altogether. Also, not all currencies are supported.
