The platform is intuitive, engaging, and makes compliance training easy to roll out across the business. One of the biggest things we look for when investing in software is value for money, and we definitely feel like we're getting that with 5Mins. Overall, we've been really pleased with the platform and would happily recommend it. Pros I really like how easy the platform is to use. The training is concise, engaging and very accessible. I love the TikTok-style interface because it makes learning feel much more approachable than traditional e-learning. From an admin perspective, it's really easy to deploy compliance training across the organisation. There is also a fantastic selection of CPD-approved compliance courses, alongside a wide range of off-the-shelf content that employees can take for their own personal and professional development. Cons This is a minor point, but I would love to see a quicker way to assign training to new starters. It would be great if admins could go into an employee's profile and simply tick the courses they need to complete. At the moment, you have to go into each individual course to enrol them, which can be a little time-consuming when onboarding new employees.
