Shows us who is due for activities and when, easy to track bookings. Auto kit allocation to booking so overbooking can’t happen.

Cons

Having to input customer details so be able to see availability on products. A lot of people just ask us rather than doing it from the customer sides

It is honestly the best system I have worked with. And as someone who uses both the back office and instructor side it links together clearly.

Pros

The team are so helpful, and it’s by far the quickest turn around for help I’ve experienced. Very easy to set up bespoke events and edit products on the go. The customer journey is smooth and clear.

Cons

The shop products side needing photos for each item was a bit time consuming when first setting up.

Having a platform that is designed and built by people who have worked in the industry, and truly understand the specific requirements that is needed for an outdoor centre is a game changer. Having used countless other companies in the past, nothing quite worked with our business, but since switching to Sailia, everything has been more user friendly, streamlined and efficient. The customer service is second to non and we would never look back.

Pros

The best thing about Sailia is just how well the creators have tailored it for the outdoor industry. With the ability to easily create new courses and products and customise dates, timings and participants easily makes running a water sports centre and large staff team incredibly easy.

Cons

Having been using Sailia for over 2 years now, there is very little I can think of that doesn't work smoothly on Sailia.

What can I say… Sailia has been a game changer for us. The ease of use is outstanding. Making adjustments from your phone when out of the office; changing course dates, numbers, availability, pricing - is all incredibly slick and straightforward. Processing refunds or converting bookings to credit is just as easy, which means customer issues can be sorted quickly and efficiently with no hassle at all. The calendar and rota views are another standout feature. You can tailor them to suit the way you work, and they’re both really user-friendly and visually clean. And the Xero integration… this is something I’ve wanted for Rye from the very beginning. Having that seamless thread from front office to back office is huge for us, and Sailia has absolutely nailed it with this update. What really stands out is that, despite all the functionality available on the admin side, the customer experience remains incredibly smooth and simple. That ease for the customer genuinely drives bookings, and more importantly, repeat bookings too. One thing I’d definitely recommend is taking the time to properly set up the automated comms and follow-up emails. Once those are dialled in, the conversions and repeat engagement definitely come. Lastly, the driving force behind the whole system, \[sensitive content hidden\]. We’re genuinely grateful to have had their support throughout. From the outset, nothing was ever too much trouble. They’ve always been available, responsive, and incredibly quick to resolve any glitches or issues that came up along the way. Sailia feels like a system built by people who really understand how watersports businesses operate day to day and that makes all the difference.

Pros

Everything, from ease of use to Xero integration Sailia covers a lot of bases. Not limiting it to being desktop reliant is also a huge bonus.

Cons

Perhaps working better for Android would be good. Sometimes there are a few bugs and glitches but these are usually quickly resolved.

If there is ever an issue, the boys are absolute fantastic - it is 90% resolved within an hour with a max wait of 3hrs This wait is nothing and the boys are amazing at working with you to make the experience from a centre to a customer seamless

It is a simple user friendly software from a customer booking perspective. Making course admements, removing / adding / adjusting numbers is really straight forward The guys have made it as simple as they can and its ideal

Cons

At present we are currently getting alot of clients booking in courses who either want 1:1, group bookings and corperate companies. For this we have started invoicing a little more - it would be good if there was a way corperate company employees or groups can book onto it but only 1 person pays the bill

Overall our experience with Sailia has been extremely positive. It provides all the tools we need to manage bookings, payments, waivers, and session management for our surf school. The system saves us a huge amount of admin time and keeps everything organised in one place. Combined with their excellent support team, it’s been a reliable platform that allows us to focus more on running sessions and less on managing bookings.

Pros

Sailia does everything we need to run our surf school. We use it to sell surf lessons, activity passes, bundles, vouchers, and events, all in one place. The platform handles a lot of the operational details automatically — collecting waivers, sending follow-ups, highlighting incomplete bookings, and generating a clear register for each session so we know exactly who is attending. What really stands out is the support. The Sailia team are incredibly responsive and helpful. Support requests are usually answered almost immediately, and on a few occasions they’ve even implemented small feature improvements overnight to help solve issues for us.

Cons

Some parts of the user interface aren’t always intuitive at first, so there can be a small learning curve when setting things up. The payment processing fees are also a little higher than some alternatives, but given the range of features and the quality of support, we’ve found it worth it.

10/10, can't fault the booking system. Great customer support as mentioned before and very receptive to new ideas which get implement quickly.

Pros

Having recently moved away from our previous booking system to Sailia the support and assistants that they offer is second to none. The system is vey intuitive and easy to use allowing us to have all of our takings, bookings and staffing in one place rather than across multiple platforms.

Cons

A very minimal suggestion for more customization with colours on the main booking landing pages to match our main websites colours more.

The bookinglive system was very complex, with multi-step processes just to creat discount codes. Any editing required HTML input which lead us to deactivating the site more than once. For support you had to raise a ticket which would take up to a week or more to get some advice.

Excellent, Sailia was built by a watersports instructor for watersports instructors to use. Sleek, simple and easy to use.

Pros

The UI is incredible, super easy and intuitive. The boys behind Sailia; \[sensitive content hidden\] are incredibly responsive to issues often replying within minuets and fixing issues within hours. This makes us at Oxford Sail Training Trust feel like a valued customer and one that the boys at Sailia want to stick around and continue to use their amazing booking system.

Cons

I'm having to be quite hyper critical here. If i were to say one thing it would be that because Sailia is still quite new there are features and ideas that are not currently in place, that I would like to see.

A great platform that has reduced the admin workload on all our staff, allowing them more time to be on the water, and created an more user-friendly, quicker and easier booking process for all our customers.

Pros

Great, quick customer support. Easy to use customer and staff interfaces. In line with or cheaper than similar platforms on the market.

Cons

Still a new platform, so there is room to development and growth, as would be expected at this stage.

We use Sailia at Rye Watersports, a medium-sized sailing, windsurfing and aquapark centre. We’ve been using it for over a year and moved over from Eola. Overall it’s been a really solid platform for us. It handles bookings, calendars, emails and staff organisation well, and the support makes a big difference. It feels built with real businesses in mind and continues to improve over time.

Pros

The main thing for us is how easy Sailia is to use day to day. The booking flow just works and makes sense, from customers booking online through to calendars, emails and managing 1-to-1 tuition. Staff rotas are also easy to organise, which is really important for us. The support is excellent. The team are very easy to get hold of and respond quickly, and when you suggest improvements they actually get acted on. The system keeps getting better rather than feeling static.

Cons

Very minor really. Occasionally you need to resize images to fit the system, but it’s not a big issue.

It's completely revolutionized our operation in the short time we've used it, looking forward to next year!

Pros

The team at Sailia are super adaptable, listen to feedback and have phenomenal response time. The booking system is simple to set up, manage and for the client to use which improves their experience and makes it easier to get on with the activities we love doing! There is a massive amount of nuance you can do with the system to properly make it your own and work how you need it to work, and the guys will help you in making that a reality.

Cons

\[sensitive content hidden\] won't send me a T-shirt. There are a few functionality items which it could benefit from but they have a large development list and any concerns raised they will respond to and take note of.

My other considered options aren't available so Microsoft Bookings is a scapegoat. We considered FairHarbour and Cinolla. They are passionate about their project and are constantly improving, tweaking and updating their offering to make it the best it can be. And if they don't have what you need, tell them and they can likely make it happen!

My overall experience with Sailia has been excellent. It’s streamlined our booking, payment, and appointment management processes, making running courses and events much easier. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and saves a lot of administrative time, while the reporting tools give clear insights into participation and revenue. On top of that, the Sailia team are easy to interact with and always reachable when we have questions or ideas, which makes working with the platform even better.

Pros

What I liked most about Sailia is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. From booking courses to communicating with attendees, everything flows smoothly. The system saves me a lot of administrative time, and the reporting tools are clear and helpful for keeping track of participants and revenue.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t encountered any significant issues with Sailia so far. It has been reliable and meets all our needs effectively

Our overall experience has been great with Sailia. The guys at Sailia have a solid understanding of the industry and what makes a user-friendly booking system. The software is fast and easy to use which makes day to day running of our watersports centre much easier.

Pros

I like how intuitive the software is to use. This makes staff training a lot easier.

Cons

Occasional teething bugs, like with any developing software. However these are always rectified in a timely manner.

Overwhelmingly positive. The product is solid. The support is from real people - friendly people - knowledgable people - people who get back to you promptly when you need help - people with a comprehensive knowledge of the product, the coding behind it and the watersports industry.

Pros

The Sailia booking and management system is incredibly good. It’s simple and easy to learn yet powerful and reliable. I looked at several other packages to remove the burden of managing bookings manually. None of them matched my needs (as a small RYA Training Centre for wingfoiling) until I found Sailia. Since I joined, a number of other centres and larger companies have made the switch. They looked at what they had and wanted something better, something far less annoying and more effective than their current arrangement. So they moved to Sailia. I have to shift lessons around all the time to adapt to the forecasted wind and Sailia has my back with this as I can change sessions and times quickly and easily from my phone on the go. The improvements and new features keep on coming. I would recommend Sailia very highly. The guys running it are really on it.

We’ve had a truly positive experience with Sailia. Having used (and built) numerous booking systems, I can confidently say that Sailia stands out with their proactive mindset, always focused on driving bookings. They release new features quickly and are more than happy to collaborate with us to develop what we and the community need. They’ve transformed the software from a traditional booking system into a complete management tool, saving us significant time and costs associated with switching between different software platforms. And the best part, it’s only getting better!

Pros

Nothing has ever been an issue, and they have consistently developed the software to meet our needs. They are always available for a video call, and unlike other software companies, they always find a way to help!

Pros

This booking software is revolutionary. It has cut down so much of my admin. I spend a lot less time on the phone. It really is amazing. Just get it! All of the features are so well thought out, the support is great via WhatsApp, I take more online bookings because it is so user friendly to the customer.

I don't have anything bad to say about this software.
