All of our workflows, once built out and implemented, are so helpful in our day to day work. Cons Some of the workflow triggers are not very straightforward, but there are workarounds to fix this. Switched from [Redtail CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/121349/RedTail-CRM/) Redtail Workflows were not working for us! We still use Redtail as a CRM.
