We are very happy with Chattr. We always have a ton of interviews which keeps our business flowing. The software is very easy to use and mobile friendly. We noticed a huge increase in applicants when we switched to Chattr.

Pros

It lands us a ton of interviews which is desperately needed in our field. It's also very easy to use and the Chattr team is always helpful. It is extremely mobile friendly which is great for landing our target talent.

Cons

None at the moment. Every issue we have had was resolved very quickly. One of the issues was that applicants were saying that interview slots were full but they clearly were not. Also, stacking interviews was a little cumbersome in the beginning but we figured it out.

Really enjoy the customer support and find they listen to suggestions. We hire for 18 different sites in a variety of roles and it is a great option for us. I recommend it to all my fellow recruiters!

Pros

The system is easy to use for myself and all of my hiring managers. We are a retail establishment with 18 sites and it is the best solution for us!

Cons

Can't think of anything we like least... our applicants even find it to work well! Would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing! The software is always adapting to new suggestions we offer and has everything we need for recruiting in one spot!

Pros

\-User Friendly -Always evolving with new updates -Responsive Support Team -Constantly adapting and innovating

Cons

\-There isn't much to dislike however, the chatting feature is in beta still and I'd love to see some improvements!

Pros

Navigation is simple and effective. Time is my most precious commodity, CHATTR saves me time.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't love about CHATTR yet. I am 5 months in and I use CHATTR all day everyday.

Simple, straightforward, intuitive. Made the mundane a thing of the past.

Pros

Chattr AI made it very easy to organize, streamline, & simplify the applicant qualification & interview scheduling process.

Cons

I have no issues with Chattr AI. We use it on a very small scale, the software seems like it'd scale fairly simply if we needed to go bigger.

Mostly very positive. I have been using CHATTR for over three years.

Pros

Their Automated process. Once I posted my job, the prospects would get responses via email and answer their questions and an interview would be set up without taking up any of my time

Cons

I needed help from time to time inputting job orders or updating my posts Sometimes the response from customer service is not fast enough.

I’m impressed overall, it’s my first time using an online agent. I have had more applicants since using, and definitely receive better information from the applicants prior to the interview. I’m better prepared to meet them and am able to make quicker hiring decisions

Pros

It’s easy to see upcoming interviews so you can plan around them and you’re given an option to reschedule if necessary. I can easily see some back ground info and experience candidates have answered to the Chattr ai program. The ai program is really intuitive, so it gets relevant answers.

Cons

In the beginning it didn’t load all the “upcoming” and “scheduled” interviews immediately but this seems to have been fixed, and I have not had any other issues.

Pros

Chattr has kept all of my interviews and applicants organized. I am able to focus more on the training and other manager aspects with chattr scheduling my interviews. Chattr is very clear and concise when speaking with applicants and I am able to double the amount of interviews in the last six months.

Cons

There isn’t much I would complain about chattr. Perhaps more clearly labeling the link to the actual application to the restaurant. A lot of applicants look over it.

Pros

It very easy for applicants to use, offers them great flexibility for scheduling. For managers it makes it easier to plan interviews using the tools for dates/times for interviewing.

Cons

I haven’t found any big negatives at this point, but appreciate that opportunity for feedback is available.
