I like how easy it is to set up times to have chattr set up interviews for me.

Cons

I dislike least about chattr the amount of people that are not serious about getting a job. This however is not Chattr's mistake

Overall it's been great! It's been a game changer for many of our units.

The ability to post jobs and setup interview availability

Cons

That it's email driven to the point that you have to cancel a user and have them complete another invitation/registration to have them setup for another unit

Great because it truly has changed my business for the better.

Pros

Easily integrated with calendar. I have all access to the candidate before the interview.

Cons

I haven't found a con yet. I even get cancelation now in my email so I can effectively plan ahead.

It has been a good experience overall except for the inconvenient interview times.

Pros

Ease of access of everything. Everything was easy to use and find.

Cons

The inconvenient set times for interviews. I would have people coming in for interviews during some of my busiest times.

Very simple applicants enjoy applying instead of it being a hassle

I love how simple and fast it makes onboarding and application process for the applying public

Cons

I would like to be able to look back at previous applicants that may have declined thinking something was a better offer and then they reapply a little easier

At first I didn't know I had to turn my phone around to see everything. Also not schedule more than 3 interviews a day

My biggest pro is that it works and have hired multiple great workers from this platform.

Cons

My biggest con is that it is only integrated with email. I'd like to have it send SMS to my phone or have a app for the program.
