I really liked how attentive they were from the get go and willing and available to troubleshoot. Customer service is really good.

Pros

Customer service is the best. Very easy to use interface. It was easy to keep track of all the candidates we were interviewing.

Cons

Could be a bit cheaper. Apart from that it did what it was suppose to do. I would maybe suggest making the questionnaires a bit more geared towards the telecommunications industry

Pros

Good amount of qualified resumes to view. Worth the monthly cost.

Cons

The flipping back and forth from the main page. I wish they had a feature to alert you when new candidates come in.

The platform has been a game changer for our sourcing and hiring process, the AI features work well. We input what we're looking for and the tool takes hundreds of candidates and shows us which 10 to focus on that would be an ideal fit from a personality and resume stand point.

Pros

\- Eliminates the majority of the manual tasks and heavy lifting of resume screening, saving several days a month, no brainer in terms of ROI/value - Ability to find the right personality fit based on my own data/criteria - Fraction of the cost of a recruiter
