Pros

I like that we have the option to host and secure the instance ourselves so the documentation doesn't live on someone else's servers. The documentation workflow process has been very customizable and straightforward. The integrations with RMM, PSA and network monitoring have been fantastic. Support has been great as well.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's a con per se, but there are a lot of customization options. You need to design your documentation and workflow, but it wasn't too difficult to do with the pre-existing templates.

The search feature could be a little better.

I use Hudu constantly every single day; it is the first LOB application I open in the morning and the last I close. Accessing information stored in Hudu is critical to the completion of every single help desk job I see to and is the foundation of our business.

Pros

Ease of use and navigation, Hudu integrates with multiple other top-tier platforms allowing for seamless management and workflow. Baseline reporting from the dashboard is a great feature to access critical information at a glance.

Cons

Navigating information can be difficult if other internal users are not trained or informed on using a recognised naming convention.

Pros

Hudu has a clean, user friendly interface, features are being added all the time. It's a cost effective, hosted or self hosted product.

Cons

The browser extension for password is a bit janky, we can't replace our existing password vault with this extension.
