The documentation workflow process has been very customizable and straightforward. The integrations with RMM, PSA and network monitoring have been fantastic. Support has been great as well. Cons I'm not sure if it's a con per se, but there are a lot of customization options. You need to design your documentation and workflow, but it wasn't too difficult to do with the pre-existing templates. Pros Ease of use and navigation, Hudu integrates with multiple other top-tier platforms allowing for seamless management and workflow. Baseline reporting from the dashboard is a great feature to access critical information at a glance. Cons Navigating information can be difficult if other internal users are not trained or informed on using a recognised naming convention.
