Acquisitions Director Automotive Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Vettx " March 13, 2023 5.0 Pros Vettx puts all the leads online in the palm of your hand. The cost to purchase is significantly lower than other programs offering the same leads. Vettx website is simplistic to use and it is great to be able to move the vehicle through the process with appointments to purchase. The new SMS platform is a great addition to reach the customer quickly. The reports are easy and accessible while I've had to wait days from other companies for the exact same reports. Marketing Manager Automotive Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Our experience with Vettx was poor" December 18, 2025 1.0 Our experience with Vettx was poor. Based on our market, Vettx estimated we would be able to purchase 17 vehicles per month through their program. In reality, we purchased 2 vehicles last month and 1 the month before. The profit generated by the program did not come close to covering the cost. The program did not perform as it was represented to us. We initially signed up for 6 months, believing the agreement would convert to month-to-month afterward. That was not the case. When we requested cancellation due to poor performance, we were informed that the contract automatically renews for another 6 months, leaving us locked into the program. I reviewed the situation in detail with them and requested early cancellation, which they refused. Additionally, Vettx stated that they informed us of the renewal and provided recommendations, which we did not receive. These items were also not part of the original discussion tied to the 17-vehicle estimate. Those recommendations included: •Providing more aggressive offers to remain competitive in our market •Picking up vehicles to make acquisitions more convenient for sellers •Emphasizing the use of Autotrader and creating a new account (which we already have) I would caution any dealer considering their products to carefully review the contract terms and take our experience into account before moving forward. Pros Presentation was good and projected us to be able to purchase 17 cars per month. After the inital sign up it was to be a month to month contract, which it was not. Cons Results were terible, last month we purchased 2 cars and the month before 1 car. The profit from these purchases did not cover anywhere near the cost. Review Source EF Eddie F. Vehicle Acquisition Automotive Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great Acquisition Tool " March 8, 2023 5.0 Pros The best part about Vettx is being able to get fresh leads on a daily basis that fit our dealerships parameters. It gives us a lot of opportunity to purchase cars on a daily basis that we wouldn't have. Cons The only Cons I would say about Vettx is that sometimes the system will pull repetitive cars that we have already seen and passed on. Pros Great product to help in vehicle acquisitions. This is a great tool to use as its own CRM for mining for inventory or by iteself. Cons not applicable at this time. We use it every day and this has ben very successful tool. Cons All the features work great. I do not have any problems or concern with this product. The support is vey good!
