Consumer Experience / Voice of Experience Retail Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Quality Data, Innovative Approach" April 13, 2023 5.0 Pros Working with MFour was easy from the survey/project design to reporting. Their unique approach to gathering consumer intelligence data allowed us to gain visibility into a key customer that we had little information on previously. Their Studio tool allowed us to mesh our survey insights with what consumers were actually doing to really profile/understand our customers and ultimately improve their experiences. I have worked with a lot of different data collection/panel providers and MFour’s data quality is top notch! We have also taken advantage of their syndicated data, which allows us to monitor trends/behaviors for our target customer base with without having to do more survey research. Cons MFour was great to work with, the quality of the data was excellent and their approach allowed us to gain deeper insights into our customer; I do not have any negative feedback. Pros MFour Studio is a great online reportal tool that allows us to monitor our market research surveys conducted with MFour. It provides the necessary information about the survey (dispositions, data export, etc.) while also providing extras that we do not always need but are convenient (complete question survey answers, all the additional information that was added in the latest 'upgrade'). Cons We have worked with our dedicated project teams to overcome any difficulties. Some included needing multiple 'project lines' for the same survey if we had more than 1 cell or setup 'pushable' surveys. Also, sometimes the data export does not work in which case we just have to ask for access or for the data files themselves. Pros Great to see behavioral data combined with survey data helping understand actions as well as opinions. Cons The cross tab ability needs work, could be easier to cut data and look at specific sub groups. This tool is great for roles that require quick insights on a broad range of topics, but can also be used to dive deep if needed. Pros MFour studio provides a wide range of insights that can aide in a number of situations. Cons I would love to see the ability to connect the data to ad exposure logs, but even without that, this tool is very helpful with sales enablement and media planning.
