Our overall experience has been quit a roller coaster. Pros What we liked about tradeseal was that it was to integrate with ServiceTitan. However, we have been live for a year now and have not been able to get one full cycle payroll back into ServiceTitan Cons Customer Support. We have yet to be able to run certified payroll... the setup was ridiculous. The "proofing" of the payroll batch is silly, clicking into each employee rather than there being a proof report. We have over 100 employees. Oh and you have to pay for ALL EMPLOYEES that you have had for the last year - not just active ones... Unless you delete all of the employee historical data manually and then delete the employee. Reasons for choosing HCM TradeSeal None, this was the option that Paylocity recommended to us at the time. We though about jumping ship months ago, then we found out they integrate with ServiceTitan - so we rode it out. But still, we have yet to run a full cycle payroll to get anything back into ServiceTitan. We are currently looking for other options. We do integrate with Service Titan. Please keep in mind we require a payroll GL report from your payroll system. This data was never given to our team. The implementation team is wonderful to work with and get things taken care of in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. Cons I wish some of the imports in and out of the system could be automated with our payroll provider. I think the system has this capability and something I look forward to developing with Trade seal.
