The templates were helpful in order to speed up the survey building process. This will suit my needs as an independent researcher well. Cons I would prefer to buy a lifetime subscription to software instead of committing to spending money on a monthly basis. There are ebbs and flows in the research process that mean that I do not need constant access to a software, but likely will need it on a long term basis. Its a huge mistake and even offensive to lump all spanish speaking people into one category.
