Spiky.ai's accurate transcription service not only eliminated the need for manual note-taking but also provided me with detailed meeting transcripts that we could refer back to whenever needed. This alone saved me countless hours and improved overall productivity.

Pros

The summaries, transcripts, and provided insights were amazingly accurate, and the integration capabilities were above satisfactory.

Cons

Some users may find that Spiky.ai has a bit of a learning curve, especially when it comes to customizing feedback and coaching settings. Providing more user-friendly guidance or tutorials could help mitigate this issue.

Pros

Spiky.ai is extremely easy to use, has a great UI. Fact that it is easy to use, makes it great in my opinion as it saves my time everyday while allowing me to work efficiently.

Cons

Spiky.ai has rivals that are free to use. While I do not support that every single program, app or tool to be fully free, it does create a bit of a challange for people. Spiky.ai is only beneficial if everyone around us are actively using it. Being a premium product, is going to slow its progress and will limit its range.
