Pros PDFEncrypt is a easy-to-use. We can simply drag and drop our PDF files into the program, select the encryption options, and then click on the "Encrypt" button. It uses strong encryption algorithms to protect PDF files. The passwords or certificates used to encrypt PDF files are stored in an encrypted format, so they cannot be easily accessed by unauthorized users. It is a very affordable software. It is available for free for personal use, and there are also a number of affordable pricing plans for businesses. Cons PDFEncrypt does not have a batch processing feature. This means that we cannot encrypt multiple PDF files at the same time. It is a basic PDF encryption software. It does not have some of the advanced features that are available in other PDF encryption software, such as the ability to watermark PDF files or to add digital signatures. Portable version is also really nice to have option. Cons Only downside is probably that it is not modern looking as some users are probably used to. But great for us boomers!
