Pros

Reach customers almost anywhere because most customers use WhatsApp, makes promotions feel personal, customers browse products and make orders from WhatsApp

Cons

The API unlike the app, is not free. WhatsApp also charges every conversation on its pricing package.

Pros

This is a more powerful software than the usual WhatsApp business as it allows the company to send bulk messages to unlimited number of users, there are automated notifications and it also allows sending messages with automated chatbox.

Cons

There is nothing to hate about this product. Everything works perfectly and it's worth every penny. Kudos to the administrators.
