We have been using SocialNowa Chatbot for about a year and the product is constantly evolving and getting smarter and better! Customer care is super helpful, Youtube tutorials are easy to implement, so what else to wish for? Combination of great quality, top customer care and value for money are unbeatable.

Pros

Easy to use, super powerful tool for outreach, conversations, lead gen.It does more than Facebook and Instagram, but we did not tap into these yet.

Cons

The structure is done well, product works as expected, customer care is fast to reply if we need to sort out anything, so there is nothing that we could complain about.

The ease of setup compared to custom programming we were actually doing in Figma. Amazing product.
