Selling tours and experiences through tourdesk is simple and efficient. Commission on sold tours is generous and discounts for a selection of tours for staff is great. Whenever we have had a query or problem with a booking a tourdesk employee has been quick to respond and help resolve. Pros The kiosk to search and sell tours to guests on reception is easy to use. Tourdesk allowed us to advertise tours easily in our pre-arrival information and generate additional revenue from tour sales.Lastly, it's much easier to track commission and performance of reception staff through their portal. The tool is also quite user-friendly and does not require any prior experience using Tour Booking software by the user. Cons The customization options are quite limited, it does not integrate itself with all popular hotel management systems.
