A Excellent experience with TourDesk because of its useful features that allowed for efficient management of the travel business.

Pros

TourDesk enhances our visibility and easy connectivity over all our Local hotels and with Guesthouses bookings and it offers a safe and happy Tour experience. It's very customer friendly, provides excellent and quick services.

Cons

I didn't have any Cons of TourDesk it's helping me a lot

Pros

Not applicable. They haven't been as helpful as they promised.

Cons

The promised relationship does not exist. Staff have not been given the free tours they were promised in exchange for their sales.

Tourdesk is great to work with. Selling tours and experiences through tourdesk is simple and efficient. Commission on sold tours is generous and discounts for a selection of tours for staff is great. Whenever we have had a query or problem with a booking a tourdesk employee has been quick to respond and help resolve.

Pros

The kiosk to search and sell tours to guests on reception is easy to use. Tourdesk team always on hand and quickly respond when help is needed.

Cons

Nothing.

Pros

Tourdesk made our tour sales much easier for our reception staff as it's the same process for each supplier. Tourdesk allowed us to advertise tours easily in our pre-arrival information and generate additional revenue from tour sales.Lastly, it's much easier to track commission and performance of reception staff through their portal.

Cons

It's all very straight forward for what we use it for. No real complaints

The ease of use and user-friendly of TourDesk is why I like it.My front desk employees use the Agent System like a superpower, which streamlines and expedites sales.

Pros

It acts as a one-stop solution that offers all the required services starting from real-time availability and booking to commission-based pricing and reporting and analytics. The tool is also quite user-friendly and does not require any prior experience using Tour Booking software by the user.

Cons

The customization options are quite limited, it does not integrate itself with all popular hotel management systems. There is limited support from multiple languages and even the commission rate is on the higher side as compared to other available platforms in the market.
