\- Einfache Erreichbarkeit von Yoummday Mitarbeitern - leichte und unkomplizierte Rekrutierung von Talents - Unterstützung bei Problemen

Cons

\- Bezahlung unnötig kompliziert/ unflexibel, wenn Deadline verpasst wird bekommen die Talents kein Gehalt

Am besten an Yoummday gefällt mir die riesige Auswahl an motivierten Talents und wie einfach es ist, auch kurzfristig Agents darüber einzustellen.

Cons

Ich finde die Plattform an und für sich hat noch viele Ecken, die man verbessern könnte - teilweise ist es noch etwas umständlich und Informationen sind nicht immer auf einen Blick ersichtlich.
